PSG using back 3 because the front 3 don't do any work, so they need to pack men at the final phase after various overloads up the pitch caused by the front 3 allowing runners through. With a solid DM Kante will be more fine to cause attacking threat. With Jorginho we have a liability when defending. Go watch Matic Kante pairing and see how well shaped the team was simply because we have a DM that did his job properly, I.e, to defend and protect the back three properly when been attacked and also to make quick forward passes when attacking. With Jorginho, we are easily closed down when with the ball because he can only give short side and back passes. During Conte season with us, when Matic win the ball you see him lunch the ball to Hazard or Pedro. Jorginho rarely win the ball, and when he do he goes to the ground for free kick so that he can rest, you rarely see him win the ball and make use of it like other strong and quality CDM. Kante is a box to box player.

We want to play a certain way when we have technical limited players and parade a 37 year old as first choice centre back, imagine Fernandinho still playing dm for city, he will surely be surrounded with more players.

If we have to slander jorginho, kante shouldn't be exempted after all he is a Cm , CMs brings stats in play .

Sometimes, this preseason matters. I remember Mourinho's third season and Conte's second season, we kept on losing preseason games. That was the form we took into the next season and they both ended badly.

This is giving me conte second season vibes , some not allowed to go and the fitness level dropped drastically, this even started before the season finally ended.

My target for tuchel this season is Ucl football. We've been slow in everything & this US tour & pr no help at all. Other teams have played more games in pre season and looking extra sharp but these ones just been smiling at the camera since. BOLI would have let marina & Cech oversee the football aspect at least till window ends.. na sidon look mode going into the season.

Marina made some abominable errors in not locking down Guehi, Tomori and Livramento while buying crap from all over Europe that the Cobham boys used to dominate wotowoto at youth level. Cobham boys were repeat European Champions and multiple league and FA Cup winners and you will see Chelsea paying over the odds for some scrubs they used to dominate.

Marina time here was a disaster, from her signings to managing the affairs in the academy,wash..let's not talk about Emenalo, who helped built our academy.
