He got nomination from one of the Canadian provinces. Currently, he's seeking an assylum in one of the European countries. Though he'd been on the process to move to Canada before he 'japaed' to Europe.

Would this affect the outcome of his Canada PR? Your suggestions and advices would be appreciated.

I got home yesterday evening and saw heaps of sand and gravel dropped just at the entrance of my gate by the house owner. I can't imagine someone could stoop this low to do this kinda thing. I got so furious and thought sth has to be done to address this madness. Can someone give an advice here?
