What you've failed to add is that most of these tenants owe their landlords. When the rent is high, the tenants pay for the first year and find it hard to renew. Most sensible landlords look for decent tenants and charge them a moderate rent. That way they pay on time and maintain their property.

My Advice do not increase it yet, visit them, hold a meeting with them, then know why they are angry, try to understand them, before increasing

Only cursed man/woman will pay 25m annually as rent which they can use the money and buy a good home
