Ashirioluwa:

Sir, you are a resident permit holder, not a British citizen. I believe you will need a transit visa. A British citizen will not need a transit visa.

Did you travel from the UK to Nigeria through KLM?

Anyway, you need to check with KLM/Airfrance/Lufthansa before you buy travel tickets for Lagos-any Schengen country-UK trips.

Confirm from the airlines before you waste your money

Ok. SIR, SEEM i am stock here oo. I need to travel this weekend at all cost. Which kain wahala be this

The standard processing time is 15 working days, can sometimes be less. Unable to advise on the current processing times from Nigeria but it was roughly 2 weeks in the UK some months back.

Thank you very much mimily.rics

Yes, you need a transit visa to use KLM.

If i apply for this transit visa how long does it take

Ashirioluwa:

You can apply for transit visa through France or any of the Schengen countries.

You need the following if you apply through France
- Passport plus 1 photocopy
- Flight reservation
- visa to your final destination plus 1 photocopy
- Cover letter
- Evidence of fund
- Passport photos (2)

The amount to be paid is : 80 euros (€), or about 35k NAIRA.

If your application is straightforward, the processing time frame takes between 1 and 10 business days.

So are you saying that for me that is already in the UK with UK BRP already. I cant travel with KLM?. I just returned to Nigeria for something i am going back but with UK BRP and my nigerian passport
Politics / Dept. Of Computer Science In ANSU Lost Accreditation During Peter Obis Regime () by dotcodotuk: 10:21am On Dec 15, 2018
“I bought the highest number of computers by any African government - 30,000” ~Peter Obi

In his first term, Kayode Fayemi bought and distributed 48,000 Samsung laptops (30,000 for students and 18,000 for teachers) in Ekiti State

the Department of Computer Science in Anambra State University was denied Accreditation by the NUC during Saint Peter Obi's regime due to total neglect and lack of computer facilities. Saint Peter Obi is a PURE definition of hypocrisy.

Politics / FACT Check:verifying Osinbajo,obi,vice-presidential Candidates At 2019 Debate by dotcodotuk: 6:19am On Dec 15, 2018
To keep politicians accountable at the vice-presidential and presidential debate, TheCable is live-checking the supposed facts and figures being bandied by those seeking the highest offices in the land.

The participating parties are; Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN), Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN), All Progressives Congress (APC), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Young Progressives Party (YPP).

Peter Obi of the PDP, and APC’s Yemi Osinbajo are debating alongside Ganiyu Galadima of ACPN, Khadijah Abdullahi of ANN and Umma Abdullahi-Getso of YPP.

CLAIM BY OBI: There are about two million vehicles in Nigeria.

CHECKED: False. According to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Nigeria has a total vehicle population of about 11,547,236 as at the third quarter of 2017.

CLAIM BY OSINBAJO: Bag of fertiliser now sells for N6,000 to N7,000.

CHECKED: Largely correct. Price of fertiliser has experienced a drastic drop following the Nigeria-Morroco fertiliser deal. As at 2016, a bag of fertiliser sold above N10,000

CLAIM BY OBI: Nigeria has fallen on the global competitive index from 124 to 127.

CHECKED: False. According to the latest (2018) World Economic Forum, Nigeria rose on the index by 10 places. Obi’s stance was true in 2016.

CLAIM BY OBI: Total loans from the banks in Nigeria is N19trn and only 0.5% goes to SMEs

CHECKED: Unverified.

CLAIM BY OSINBAJO: There is a tax threshold for SMEs, SMEs get to a level before they pay taxes

CHECKED: Verification in progress.

CLAIM BY OBI: Nigeria’s foreign direct investment for 2015 was $21bn, while it fell to $12bn in 2017.

CHECKED: Partly False. According to NBS capital importation reports, Nigeria’s total imported capital stood at $9.6 billion in 2015, and $12.3 billion in 2017. Perhaps Obi meant 2014, when Nigeria’s total capital imported stood at $20.7 billion.

CLAIM BY GALADIMA: AFCTA will not benefit Nigeria

CHECKED: Cannot be proven by facts.

CLAIM BY OBI: African trade today is less than 9 percent

CHECKED: False. According to Afriexim Bank, Intra-Africa trade is around 15 percent. In 2016, intra-African exports made up 18 percent of total exports according to Brookings Institution.

CLAIM BY OSINBAJO: Nigeria went down by 64 places under PDP, but has risen by 24 places under APC

CHECKED: True and False. Nigeria went down from 120 to 170 between 2008 and 2015, under PDP rule. Under the APC, ease of doing business has risen from 170 in 2015 to 146 in 2018, according to the World Bank Ease of Doing Business report.

CLAIM BY OBI: Oil give you 80% of foreign exchange earnings

CHECKED: False. As at 2017 NBS figures showed that Nigeria’s foreign exchange earnings from oil the oil sector stood above 90%.

CLAIM BY OBI: To bring out goods from Apapa cost more than it takes to bring goods from Europe

CHECKED: Unverified

CLAIM BY GALADIMA: We have four refineries in Nigeria, and none is working.

CHECKED: Dicey. The refineries according to NNPC reports are working at sub-optimal levels. Not totally dysfunctional.

UMMA GESTO: Nigerian Airways was one of the largest in the world

Verification in progress

CLAIM BY OBI: Apple Inc’s market cap is bigger than the economy of Nigeria, South Africa and Egypt

CHECKED: Dicey. Apple’s market cap today is $788.57 billion. The economy of these three countries are bigger than Apple. When Apple was $1 trillion a few months ago, it was bigger in dollar terms.

Editor’s Note: This is a developing situation, the claim verification is an ongoing process. As soon as they are verified, they would be updated.

Atiku euphoria dieing down. They thought it was about gra gra campaign. Now reality is setting. Peter Obi will not release so much of his money because he is a calculative person even they governor's, who are more interested in saving their seats. Shebi Dem talk say Atiku na money bag? 2015 scenario not thesame as this. The non assent of the electoral bill will definitely make sponsors hold back.

Thank You. Again all the stolen money Atiku has is no longer accessible because of order 6. Other PDP chieftains are afraid to even claim their houses because they know its gotten from fraud. SS/SE already saw the handwriting on the wall and have ran to pledge their allegiance to PMB.
The only people still shouting Atiku are pain IPOb criminals and their sympathizers together with those previously enjoying ill gotten government money.

ATIKU’S ABRUPTLY SUSPENDED CAMPAIGNS

Though the Atiku Campaign Organisation is yet to give any official reason(s), indications emerging show that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s campaign may have been suspended abruptly. Last week saw the politician speaking at three hurriedly-organized and poorly-attended rallies in three of Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
The heavily-financed and overstaffed Atiku Campaign Office which include 20 spokespersons, 25 research officers, 35 public affairs officers, 56 political specialists, 73 Information Technology (IT) full-time experts, 500 interns including several undocumented American, British, Israeli, and Arab expatriate advisors, according to a staff, scheduled to hold a rally in Yola, Adamawa state this week but was cancelled after a post-mortem analysis of the three rallies last week “for us to re-strategize.”
A source at the Atiku Campaign Office in Yola, however, confessed during heavy drinking with a CIA undercover agent that the Office decided to “temporarily suspend rallies” when the campaign “could mobilise people who were barely more than an airport welcome party in Yola.” He noted that the North-West and North-Central rallies at Sokoto and Kwara which are two states Atiku campaign depended on for votes in the North because they are supposed to be his strongholds recorded “some of the worst attendance we have seen since Atiku started contesting in the 1990s. They were so shameful we had to put the rallies on hold for now.”
To further show the Atiku Campaign is at low ebb, his campaign staff have broken off communications with the PDP secretariat. The holiday mood of his campaign team is partly responsible for his missing out of the signing of the Peace Pact with other presidential candidates at the International Conference Centre (ICC) yesterday in Abuja even though candidate Atiku himself was in the Federal Capital Territory at the time of the signing. One of his numerous spokesmen, Paul Ibe, said his principal’s reason for boycotting the event was that he “was not invited”. An intern at Atiku Campaign Office said “Nobody told us that the venue where the Peace Pact will be taking place was Abuja. The message was portrayed in a way that it might be in New York or any other US territory. The invitation noted that the US Ambassador, Stuart Symington, will be attending gave us the impression that our principal might be tactically or forcefully arrested for the Jefferson case in Washington.” He said further that while he was aware the US Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) or Interpol has no power of arrest on Nigerian soil, “Buhari and APC may just want to be too smart. So, we deem it fit to stay away because the Americans are working desperately with them against our candidate.” The source further noted that the clerk at the office of the PDP Chairman, Uche Secondus, who received the National Peace Committee (NPC)’s invitation letter on behalf of the party was the first to misunderstand the content of the NPC’s letter. Hence, he was trying to work for a pay rise, after being owed several months’ salaries, by not transmitting the letter to the Atiku’s campaign for his much-need presence in ICC yesterday.
In addition to already depleting resources, President Buhari’s Executive Order 6 is beginning to take its toll on the Atiku’s campaign. The Campaign which depends on heavily on the availability of money is currently being forced to operate on lean budget since key partners like the South-East and South-South PDP Governors, according to an expatriate, most of whom are currently engaged in political battles in their states seeking elections for possible second terms in office are not looking ready to bankroll Atiku’s Campaign. His running mate, fearing a possible defeat of a largely crumbling Atiku campaign, my sources reveal, has decided to minimize his risks by having to get his party to tell a bold lie that his bank account was frozen as a way of escaping funding a hopeless cause.
Noticing this, Atiku’s campaign office decided to suspend campaign activities till steady funding can be guaranteed. Several sources reveal that, in desperation, candidate Atiku is looking to some diplomats “who are ready to do good business” to help launder funds from some secret accounts in Dubai to prosecute the 2019 presidential election. The United Arab Emirates’ Embassy has reportedly alerted the Buhari-led Government on this plan which means Atiku have to thread with caution!

Jalingo city stood agog for His Excellency, Alhaji Sani Abubakar Danladi. I was overwhelmed with joy by the people I saw, and it augments my hope for the path I chose. I couldn't have believed it had it been I wasn't there. A lot of people were and are still debating whether he was the one that stepped in Jalingo city or Baba Buhari, because the crowd was overwhelming really. We have never witnessed such political gathering in the history of our beloved State. From Jalingo airport to his residence, people surged to welcome our incoming governor.

Our victory is obvious so much that it's audible to the deaf and visible to the blind! Insha Allah, we're just waiting for the swearing-in ceremony come 2019.

C2C is a goal!

Please, stop advertising your intellectual decay in this forum. PMB supporters have failed in issue based campaign but campaign that threatens unity of our dear country. Please note, every Nigerian has the constitutional rights to support any candidate of his/her choice.

All those names you mentioned are looters and thieves.

IBB = election annuller and criminal.
OBJ = the grandfather of curroption according to BBC.
Saraki = Offa criminals sponsor and a bank robber.
ATIKU = most wanted criminal in the US.
