My wife and I applied for vacation last month but we're denied so we decided to children at Obudu and use the budgeted travel expenses to US to change my wife's car(warri women no dey carry last).We were denied cos we had no child in my own opinion cos we have good paying jobs an travel history though separately to UK and SA.The VO stressed on the child issue. During the interview I signalled wifey to disclose her 18weeks pregnancy but she didnt.
Now there is a memo in the hospital that all the senior resident doctors in a particular department should attend a 46th international conference in Chicago as a prerequisite for part 2 exam before becoming a consultant and this will be fully sponsored by the hospital through federal government.Based on my position,i will be among the attendees BUT my fear now is that my wife would have put to bed by then and if I should say I have a child won't the VO see it as misrepresentation since wifey didn't disclose her pregnancy.Should I still maintain that I have no child to avoid being perceived as misrepresentation and possible ban.help please

I have applied for b1/b2 visa by myself twice and honestly I don't know the date of birth of my mum and dad as mum is elderly while dad died when I was 3months as I am the last child while my eldest bro is 52.
My bro can only tell the year but doesn't know the accurate day and month.
I hope the VO might not see it as misrepresentation thinking that someone has been filling the form on my behalf.

The suspension of Ndume is illegal in its entirety. On what basis was Ndume suspended?. Section 20 of the legislative Privileges Act States that:

(1) Any member of a Legislative House who-

(a) being a member of a committee of the House, publishes to any person not being a member of such committee any evidence taken by the committee before it has been reported to the House; or

(3) No salary or allowance payable to a member of a Legislative House for his service as such shall be paid in respect of any period during which he is suspended from the service of the House under the provisions of this section.

Ndume wasn't guilty of "contempt" neither was he guilty of "fraud". What he did was just to exercise his constitutional right as a Nigerian and a distinguished senator backed by the provision of the law as engrained in several sections of the Constitution. For example:

The issue is that alot of people believe once your in a western country all your life problems will dissolve. So, once they come to yankee they behave anyhow.

Who is going to start looking for the girl and where. US-CIS has thousands of similar cases and nobody is going to take your's more seriously than cases that came before you ! It's even worse if cases like these are marked "low priority".

Nigerian men have abandened our culture of doing due diligence on a woman before taking her seriously. In cases like these the said guy must have been warned by family member's but instead of investigating them , he will do otherwise. A girl like this cannot fool everyone.

Lesson is that no man should take any girl seriously until he has done due diligence. I expect women to do the same.

You re so wrong! I really have nothing on USA. Canada is where I want to be and will get it. They accept my professional qualifications and experience as a skilled worker on like the US where I will have to do menial jobs. Will never do that.

I just want to visit the US in 3rd quarter this year on vacation. I have an ok job and can afford the visit.

please, I have been denied Canada study visa twice, 2016 and January 2017 and I am in the Canada express entry pool. I want to apply for US visit visa just to cool off during my annual leave this year.

Will my Canada experience affect my US visa application?
