Shattap muppet!, Madrid got Ozil for around£10m, sold him £42m and got Isco for £28m. Isco is a better and younger player than Ozil, so its a win win situation for Madrid. Now leave Maldrid alone and let's talk about more important issue. Like how ur going to try and win something? Is being 8, I mean 8 fucckking years!

lol see English edition, mumu grin

I was making some research about Flippa and i came across the below negative comments about Flippa, and 98% of the comments about Flippa are negative. But why? I'm not sure if its true or not O! Though i have an account with them but never make any sale yet. If u need the link to the comments i can PM you the link but i can't post it here so as not to get banned.

Why I hate Flippa

Here are a few of the reasons why I think both site buyers and sellers should STAY AWAY!

Reasons why I hate flippa:

As a seller:

• They take a fee to list, DP does not.
• They charge $ to upgrade your listing.
• They take a cut of the final sale.
• The comment policy is retarded, people will troll and flame your site before it even has bids.
• They force you to use escrow, which has much bigger fees than paypal, this is beacsue they take a commission everytime escrow is used.
• The feedback system sucks too, get ready for negatives.

As a buyer:

• When you view a site for sale, they keep their branded tool bar up top, making the SEO tool bar useless and I have to manually type in the domain.
• They are owned by sitepoint and love to drive up prices.
• Most of the sites (at least 80%) have rediculous prices that will never be paid, barely any of the sites are actually worth what they are priced at.
• Most of the sites for sale just plain suck and no one will ever buy them.
• A bunch of sites for sale have fake traffic and earnings stats. Some look like they were photoshopped by a 3 year old.
• Tons of sites listed use the same recycled template on a different domain. Only idiots buy auto blogs for more than the reg fee.
• Every site on Flippa has HUGE POTENTIAL. This is the biggest bullshit claim. Not everything has potential to become huge, or any potential at all. Most sites on there that say Huge Potential are plain crap.
• No one will ever make $200 for buying a domain, installing wordpress, picking a theme, and copy pasting a bunch of content, but most Flippa sellers seem to think $200 is a LOW price for one of these copied sites with HUGE POTENTIAL LOLZ.
• The site is just plain ugly and unorganized, I hate it.

COMMENT BY wonay, Apr 12, 2012:
Flippa is like an online casino. You see the big wins scored by fake people and hope that with payment of regular listing fees ……..

COMMENT BY teamnirvana, Apr 13, 2012:
I once used Flippa to flip my one of the new sites and it didnt go well anyway.

COMMENT BY icegin, Apr 14, 2012:
buying sites from Flippa is risky business and selling sites there can be a real pain. It has been months since I last visited the site.

COMMENT BY wanay11, Apr 14, 2012:
I never use flippa to sell my site since I don't like business like this. I get many bad story about flippa

COMMENT BY siteurl, Apr 19, 2012:
I tried buying in flippa and most occasions, I ended up buying bad sites.
I tried selling domain names in flippa, I just wasted my money.

ernersinfobank: Yellowpages.com is not a domain name only, rather it is a full developed business. An online contact directories with a wide database. Very good to locate interested buyers as well as sellers.

I never said it is and i never said it is not anyway!

All i said is Yellowpages.com sold for $100 million, whether domain only or not, that is what i saw.

oladayo042: I just read your mail. It appears anything is possible. I would have loved to watch the video but I'm on phone right now. Thanks, rep added :-D.

Yes, anything is possible, When i saw it, was hard to believe until i research and got the same price all over google for the YellowPages.com
Business / Re: Domain Name Business by dotcomnami: 8:20pm On Sep 21, 2013
Yes, AT & T purchased YellowPages.com for $100 Million

It is a business! either Domain alone or not, it is YellowPages.com and sold for $100m.

I believe anyone can pay any amount for any domain if the person have his personal reason to buy it for any amount.

Well, who am I to question God?

It is unfortunate today that the city of Lagos will turn to Syria and Iraq and will be very dangerous for my friends to drive home safely today as a result of Chelsea Football Club winning today’s match.

Who am I to question God for this?

The worst is most of my friends will witness their Chelsea touts & thugs neighbours playing the sound system from now till 2:am in the morning, while turning all the empty bottles to aircrafts all day today.

oladayo042: I can't seem to find the link on Domainsherpa. Maybe they bought it as a whole business and not just a domain name. Such a price for just a domain name will never happen in the next 10 years. You can quote me.

Does not even need to quote you, check your email and YahooMessenger..
