How can a law of 2003 take precedence over a law of 2004

Read section 277 of the same act for the definition of a child, again provided below;

“ child" means, a person under the age of eighteen years”

That broadcast is capable of flaring tempers and emotions especially in the military

At the 10pm bulletin, the fracas had been edited to remove the shouting match and abusive words but the harm had already been done.
