Na dem. Meanwhile for any Nigerian policeman to refuse bribe, just know that there are lots of vested and conflicting interests in the matter making it impossible for him to get away with the bribe. Police that pray and bribe heavily to be posted to High crime areas where he will be collecting bribes and they call it "good posting". You still have to "service" (sending kickbacks) to the people that posted you there to maintain your "good posting". This is one of the major reasons why complaints and petitions about unprofessional conduct of especially senior officers are never taken serious. If you know you know |
VeeVeeMyLuv:How do you buy from binance |
These guys are indeed great and should be worthy of being role models to many. I noticed something among the yorubas and hausa you will find dollar millionaires and billionaires like one in every 1000,000 but you will also find a tremendous percentage who are feeding from hand to mouth, the very wretched and greater number of indegenous roadside beggars. However in the South East you will find fewer dollar millionaires and billionnaires but 500 out of every 1,000 are Naira millionaires and billionnaires with potential for sustainable growth. 300 have the ability to easily raise 1million Naira in emergency. The 100 are are struggling while the remaining 100 can be called poor but fewer or negligible percentage are feeding from hand to mouth or roadside beggars. Wealth is more wide spread in the South East than in any other region in Nigeria |

Blake755:Men dey oo |
I'm very happy that everyone is experiencing and witnessing this. In less than 3 months of new administration, PMS goes for at least 580 Naira per litre. Naira lost almost 200 Naira in value yet some hungry deluded tribalist e-warriors are not seeing anything wrong with that. I don't know when it will be clear to everyone that those presently in governance have nothing good to offer. We are waiting and watching. |

A5y4:Lazy blogger let me help you. 10 Foods That Are Good for Your Eyes Medically Reviewed by Whitney Seltman, OD on June 15, 2022 Raw Red Peppers 1/10 Bell peppers give you the most vitamin C per calorie. That's good for the blood vessels in your eyes, and science suggests it could lower your risk of getting cataracts. It's found in many vegetables and fruits, including bok choy, cauliflower, papayas, and strawberries. Heat will break down vitamin C, so go raw when you can. Brightly colored peppers also pack eye-friendly vitamins A and E. Sunflower Seeds and Nuts Sunflower Seeds and Nuts 2/10 An ounce of these seeds or almonds has half the amount of vitamin E the USDA recommends for adults each day. A large study found that vitamin E, together with other nutrients, can help slow age-related macular degeneration (AMD) from getting worse. It may also help prevent cataracts. Hazelnuts, peanuts (technically legumes), and peanut butter are also good sources of vitamin E. Dark, Leafy Greens Dark, Leafy Greens 3/10 Kale, spinach, and collard greens, for example, are rich in both vitamins C and E. They also have the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin. These plant-based forms of vitamin A lower your risk of long-term eye diseases, including AMD and cataracts. Most people who eat Western diets don't get enough of them. Salmon Salmon 4/10 Your retinas need two types of omega-3 fatty acids to work right: DHA and EPA. You can find both in fatty fish, such as salmon, tuna, and trout, as well as other seafood. Omega-3s also seem to protect your eyes from AMD and glaucoma. Low levels of these fatty acids have been linked to dry eyes. Sweet Potatoes Sweet Potatoes 5/10 Orange-colored fruits and vegetables -- like sweet potatoes, carrots, cantaloupe, mangos, and apricots -- are high in beta-carotene, a form of vitamin A that helps with night vision, your eyes' ability to adjust to darkness. One sweet potato also has more than half the vitamin C you need in a day and a little vitamin E. Lean Meat and Poultry Lean Meat and Poultry 6/10 Zinc brings vitamin A from your liver to your retina, where it's used to make the protective pigment melanin. Oysters have more zinc per serving than any other food, but you don't have to be a shellfish lover to get enough: Beef, pork, and chicken (both dark and breast meat) are all good sources. Beans and Legumes Beans and Legumes 7/10 Prefer a vegetarian, low-fat, high-fiber option to help keep your vision sharp at night and slow AMD? Chickpeas are also high in zinc, as are black-eyed peas, kidney beans, and lentils. A can of baked beans will do the job, too. Eggs Eggs 8/10 It's a great package deal: The zinc in an egg will help your body use the lutein and zeaxanthin from its yolk. The yellow-orange color of these compounds blocks harmful blue light from damaging your retina. They help boost the amount of protective pigment in the macula, the part of your eye that controls central vision. Squash Squash 9/10 Your body can't make lutein and zeaxanthin, but you can get them from squash all year long. Summer squash also has vitamin C and zinc. The winter kind will give you vitamins A and C as well as omega-3 fatty acids, too. Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts 10/10 These related veggies come with another winning combination of nutrients: vitamin A (as lutein, zeaxanthin, and beta-carotene), vitamin C, and vitamin E. They're all antioxidants that protect the cells in your eyes from free radicals, a type of unstable molecule that breaks down healthy tissue. Your retinas are especially vulnerable. saphiere:Why are you this bitter? Is this out of frustration or just sheer hatred for men? Well you sure need exposure. Life doesn't end in your head and in Nigeria. Also you really need a job and some cure to frigidity. Peace! |
Logdotng:Oga park well with your click bait. |
Mention you area, state and the exchange rate as at today. |
Today the exchange rate is 1USD to 834 Naira. This is the weakest since the history of Nigeria and it's seems to be degenerating irredeemably. Most Petrol Stations are in Panic Mode because of speculations hence they are suspending sales. The few ones that are selling are now selling from 600 Naira and above per litre. My heartfelt empathy to fixed and meagre salary earners especially couples. This is barely 2 months after handover and Nigerians have started missing Buhari who clearly had nothing to offer. Now oga BAT is here with full package just under 2 months even the blind are seeing. My humble advise, fasten your seat belts we have just 3 years and 10months to decide except God intervenes. It's really interesting to see that everyone is witnessing this both the people that campaigned and voted for the incumbent and the people that voted against them. |
Ok |
My happiness is that every Nigerian is in this together both the ones that voted the incumbent and the ones that didn't. The economy is growing indeed. |
IamAtAnger:Oga calm down. Make your own money and spend as you wish. Nobody is under any obligation to give anybody anything. |
labake1:There's nothing like cheating when men are involved. Men where never meant to have one wife. Men need more and more sex to function. The idea of monogamy is a western hypocrisy culture not African culture and its not biblical. I wonder how the white man convinced you people that polygamy is sinful and abominable but homosexuality is tolerable and human right. All the biblical patriarchs were polygamists and it was never mentioned anywhere that anyone was punished by God for Polygamy infact God even promised David that he could have given him even more women if he hadn't slept with Uriah's wife. (2 Sam.12:8 ) David had 8 wives and many concubines yet God still refers to him as a man after God's heart. Abraham slept with his maid and still had a concubine called Kethura. God even promised to bless Ishmael just for the mere fact that he's Abraham's blood. I don't need to mention Solomon. Jacob married 2 sisters and was fvcking their maids: Bilhah and Zilpah yet God used him to establish the nation Israel. We all pray to God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob but you don't want us to follow their foot steps. Haba. Only Bishop's and General Overseers were instructed to be husbands of one wife. Originally, a wife is a husbands property hence why she's bearing the man's name. A man can decide to acquire more properties or even decide to disown a particular property. Modern time have seen women activists and proponents of equal rights fight this original setting. Forgetting that the present day men still bear the genes of their forefathers so no matter how you try to promote the idea of monogamy as a norm it will remain a hypocrisy. Infact it's getting worse these days because most guys of marriageable ages don't want to marry. They see marriage as scam hence prefer having multiple baby mamas while they enjoy their lives. |
This is a click bait. Don't click. Be warned |

INDUSTRIALCHEM:Prices pls. |
We don't need long thesis to see performance. Only non performers make use of sycophants for image laundering and damage control. Achievements are tangible not spirits and definitely not in long epistles. Where are the roads, schools, basic amenities etc done by your paymaster for 8 years. Rubbish!! |
helpmeohgod:Price |
If there is actually deregulation and no more subsidies why then is NNPC fixing the price of petrol? The smartest thing to do is to either give license of operation to private investors who have interest in refining petroleum products, give them a regulatory guideline of operations and you will see that no petroleum products will sell for more than 150 naira @pump price in this country because of competition. |

Reminderz:No need playing hypocrisy bro. The pleasure in sex is in a different level altogether unless one is unhealthy or have dysfunctional sex organs. |
