The best answer I read so far. Meanwhile, those of us who are (certified) project manager find it difficult to get a well paid job, as a matter of fact, I haven't got any with mine.

My advice to any fresh graduate is to get certifications. Go get real certifications. I cannot overemphasize the importance of getting certifications. My friends who are HR managers in big Companies tell me they have vacancies. Plenty lot of them. But they rarely get people with the required certifications and couple of years of experience to take them up. For instance, there is a very high demand for Business analysts, HR analysts and Managers and Project managers with CIPM or love-vendor, PRINCE2 or SIGMA. These certifications don't come cheap but it sets you ahead of others. Also, the startup pay for them is not bad too.

Messaging app Telegram is rolling out another update, and this one cuts down on the noise. It includes several features that encourage quieter and less frequent messaging. Plus, animated emoji. Who doesn't like that?

Messaging is generally less intrusive than a phone call because the recipient doesn't have to deal with it right away. The new Telegram makes messaging even less meddlesome with the option to send silent messages. Just long-press the send button to make the message silent. It will still appear as a notification on the recipient's phone, but it won't make a sound even if they forgot to turn on do not disturb. In a group chat, you can also cut down on the noise by enabling "Slow Mode." This limits how often group members can send a message. Some of those messages can now be animated emoji because why not?

We've massively overpaid and he's not a world beater, but I do think he's an improvement over what we have and seems solid in terms of fitness and mentality, not sure we have the right partner to compliment him but we'll see. Decent signing.

I think Virgil wasn't as brilliant as he's when Liverpool paid £75m for his signature. The season starts in the next few days. I think that would justify his performance.

You are not completely right cos must car users here are not on uber...we do get those cars every now and then..what matters in a car is the maintenance culture ...if a car is not abused is a good buy

Most used cars in Lagos are not good especially the 2005 or 2004 cos it is common among the Uber users and as such, the possibility of enjoying it is damn rare.
