Went to IKEDC office today and there was no light, how would they take your not having light issues seriously... didn't have light throughout January yet I received bill for light... went to ask for prepaid meter .. it wasn't available cos it's by connection.. proceed to pay for my for the unseen,unused energy ... guess what someone shortchanged me..
