You obviously didn't follow the trail before jumping in.

Firstly, Clement is desirous of making me join Pere’s team, so it is only fair to explain why supporting Baye is a better option.

Secondly, Baye is not aware of the support she has garnered outside the house so she’s not acting any script to manipulate viewers’ empathy. Her sins to people like you have been her resolve to stand up for herself in the face of relentless bullying and her growing popularity. What you guys failed to appreciate is the fact that her determination not to be cowered and intimidated has resonated in propped-up support from viewers’ like me displeased with the bias and inequity.

Lastly, granted that connivance is allowed on the show, the reason Pere is taking more stick than Ike whose act was more devious, was the perceived friendship that was developing between him and Baye before he was gratefully exposed by Biggie.

I don’t do band wagon and never have I been blessed with the intuition of picking winners on this show apart from one or two lucky cases over the years. I gravitate towards where my heart flows and I honestly don’t owe anybody any explanation or apology for my choices.

There has never been a winner that had large social media following when they entered the house. The people who win are almost always bandwagon folks that viewers may think have been oppressed and yes, they are spurred on by social media, but they do not start off with large social media following.

The Gen Z Baddie you're seeking support for, is the current recipient of bandwagon support based on perceived oppression, so, me I don't understand why you think you're doing something revolutionary when you are moving in an established manner.

I cannot argue with something that we do not have statistical data to affirm. Illebaye could have gained significant votes due to pity votes, but her chances of beating someone like Mercy without it would have been almost zero. One money bag can generate the votes of a million viewers alone but like I said, its subjective. So, let me agree with you short of having credible data to back our positions.

I have never really supported just one HM on this show, so never say never.

In reality, it's become sacrosanct to go all the way for Baye, in part because I am appalled at how grown up men can gang up to take down a young lady that's not more than an adolescent in a game where only one winner emerges. Mind you, I am not saying Baye is the best behaved female HM in the house but in truth, the others are not in anyway better behaved either, so why the hate?

Secondly, no matter how difficult, unrealistic or almost impossible we feel it is to achieve, there is a need to start steering the voting dynamics back to viewers' choice which had been overshadowed over the years by contestants with large social media followership and money bags backing.
This will definitely bring back the fast declining voting bloc necessary for underdogs like Baye to win this show outside cosmetic factors like pity votes.

In retrospect, I've always promoted the need for a reality show to showcase the good, the bad and the ugly for balanced entertainment, so Pere wouldn't have been outside my purview of support on a good day. However, whilst I accept conspiracy as part of the All-Star features, being so obnoxiously evil to someone trying to get close to you did rub me the wrong way and I am happy Pere is getting an adequate dose of his own medicine.

Finally, Clem, why are you and my darling Gee not considering joining the momentous winning train of Gen Z Baddie, ILLEBAYE?

I think there is a little inferiority complex issue attached to Cross’ sentiment.
My guess is KIM. His statement to Kim yesterday that “I know they are going to take you away from me” {‘they’ referencing Pere} was quite an eye opener. I would have preferred he discussed his interest with Pere or simply asked Pere if he was interested in Kim.
