i'll advice you search on google or read back on previous pages here, most of all just ensure u eat lots of fruits. before my ivf i was taking pronatal bt nt for egg quality cos of my age.best of luck

I wrote the names of my children and put it in a bible. (psalm 91). Then put the Bible on a baby mat on my bed.

You can pray with it and call them forth everyday.

EWCM....egg white cervical mucus ,which means ur cervical mucu needs to be plain n stretchy like an egg white witout the yolk wen u are ovulating
