WE WILL CARRY OUR BABIES THIS YEAR

GOD AND GOD ALONE DID IT !

Results as at may last year:
1.blocked fallopian tube (left side)
2.pcos (doctor said nothing to worry about)
3.cycle flunctuates between 33-37 days
4. very painful menstration with vomiting n lack of appetite
5.prolactin issue( i dont knw if its high or low cos the yeye hospital no giv me my result)
6.hubby had poor sperm quality n the count was just 2million( ivf + icsi was recommended )
on the day of sperm retrieval, the count was 1million only
7.failed ivf in july 2018 ( Suicide came to my mind, i was admitted cos of bleeding and high blood pressure)
i was told to give ttc a break n rest

WIDD :
November before my period started, i told hubby we should try ivf again bt lets prepare our system first so i told him about some drugs i saw on the ivf thread and he said we should get them first and take them for 3months before embarking on ivf( i knew he was posting me cos he doesnt buy ivf idea even for the one dat failed).
i went to ebus pharmacy in ph cos drugs are sold in wholesale price there and bought the following:
Hubby drugs;
1. FetileAid ( fairhaven product)
2.spermcount boost( fairhaven product)
3.Coq10 ( its nt capsule bt soft gel)
4.vitamin E
My drugs;
1.Ovaboost ( fairhaven product)
2.Coq10 (in soft gel )
3.vitamin E
4. folic acid
we took the drugs to church and prayed on it before we started taking them.
Things we did personally:
my period was 8days late in dec , mayb its a side effect of the drugs i cnt say bt it later came.
1.on the last day of my period, i took deworm tablet early in the morning based on the instruction on the leaflet
2.1st day after my priod stopped, i bought coca cola limca soda water 60cl ( it contains sodium bicarbonate) i finished the bottle first thing in the morning n i didnt eat anytin until 2hrs later
3. 2nd day after my period, i squeezed fresh lemon and added a small quantity of sodium bicarbonate powder with warm water and drank it on empty stomach for 2days
3. i and hubby were eating lots of carrot together everyday ( i was even adding it to my tomatoes stew)
4. i n hubby also took banna and milk smoothie alot ( i buy banna and tin milk and blend them together) we took it atleast twice a week
3.i embarked on a 21day fasting cos of our church ( tho i didnt finish it cos hunger and my stressful work didnt allow me)
4. we prayed alot n wen i see my period i praise God n thank Him for wat he is yet to do
5. i have some baby items i pray wit at home n i also giv out cash wen i hav to those wit babies who cnt afford some things
6.i attend 5nights of Glory, especially day1 ( fruitfulness of the body)
Believe and have faith mothers, God choose us to bear fruit, WE ARE FRUITFUL

my E-family God has settled me ooo... i and hubby hav bin taking drugs since november last year to improve sperm n egg quality for the ivf procedure which i wntd to start with grabbo and 2morrow is the last day for the promo which am suppose to pay the money 2morow.
2day i tested positive ooo my sisters

last month i was 8days late and i tot it was dsame thing repeating itslf o... only for me to test 2day and am seeing 2 very dark lines
After 3yrs - plus of ttc, one failed ivf and about to go for another ivf... God of mercy decided to do it for free

mama keep calm and have faith, body differs , many dont have symptom till their second semester or even third and still go on to have healthy babies... just relax and keep speaking to your womb and call forth your babies names.
also reduce visiting "doctor google" for nw cos some experience it shows arent encouraging sometimes.

NB: i registered here in may 2017 with the moniker "olowani" and i came here ranting cos i was told i only hav one patent tube and you encourage me with ur story

really strange, day 2 transfer isnt common at all.this is because, they try to replicate the natural process, as it takes the fertilized egg 3 to 5 days to travel from the fallopian tubes to the uterus to implant.

i wish you cared to ask them the reason for that.
could hv been an experimental procedure, or the gynae doing the transfer wanted to travel, they had a problem with their hatchery/incubator, or the embryologist etc....we will never know.
though promo or not, no ivf center operates on purpose to give patients bfn, cos the more bfps they have, the more people will rush to their place

you are right, as i said i had a frnd who got triplets from there and thats y i used them too , i guess i and my cycle mate didnt prepare well or our embryos wasnt developing well...the pain was just unbeareable and i culdnt just go bak there

wow, day 2 transfer?...its either day 3 or day 5, did they tell you why they opted for day 2 transfer?
best approach for naija hospitals is to discuss everything upfront, like do you do day 3 or day 5 transfer?. i would like to have copies of all my results - do you the hospital have a policy against that etc??, our last ivf, the y had to ask me at a stage if i had a medical background

yeah, most naija ivf centers dont really know how to handle bfn, guess its part of the harsh african culture, i suppose.

i also had a good review from a frnd thats y i went there bt i dont knw y i and my other frnd both had a day2 transfer, am guessing something went wrong or becos its a promo...i wish you gudluck with them, jst sharing my experience n that of a circle mate

my dear sister please stay away ooo cos i n my frnd had a failed ivf there in their 2018 promo and they did a day 2 transfer instead of day 5 for me and her.
they are so sweet and caring in the beginning bt once it goes wrong they ignore you, also there is to much secrecy cos u dont see ur result they will just be readin it to you from the system.
one mama complained about them here bt i was busy defending them back then.... mama if you are reading this please forgive me.

I am not at home at the moment to check the exact amount everything cost. I will update when I get home. But I'm guessing total is 1.4m. (1 .3 million for 3 cycle trial and hundred thousand+ for investigation.)

wow... i do have this dream too and immediately my period will start bt last month i didnt have it, instead i dreamt of a test strip showing me positive bt i still had my period.
my thought was that mayb i tink too much of my period thats y i dream of it so i didnt attach any spiritual meaning to it.
WE ARE COVERED WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS.. THIS YEAR WE MUST HOLD OUR HEALTHY AND STRONG BABIES IN OUR ARMS AND THEY WILL HAVE LONGLIFE AND PROSPERITY IN JESUS NAME...AMEN

so af eventually showed up today after my hopes were already raised and exactly 8 days late,after bedding hubby almost all December, going on leave to avoid stress ,the numerous drugs I used , all the marathon prayers,fasting and putting faith at work

Well, I had my scan today...

YAY!!! YAY!!! YAY!!!

1 viable embryo was seen with due date on 29/08/19.

I am so grateful to God for this result. It could have gone the other way as I met 2 people that their embryos has stopped growing.

I pray that this ends up being our so much awaited miracle baby.

Next scan in 2 weeks.

Fingers crossed...

Still sending positive vibes to everyone.

Well, you can travel to Abuja for the procedure as a lot of people do. The most important thing is to get the result you want not the location.

i really wnt to giv it a try before their promo runs out in january cos if you dont hav 1.2m here in porthacourt den 4get ivf, i calld grabbo n ws told to come on the second day of my cycle with my hubby for assesment and after that my next visit will be for 18days. my challenge nw is accomodation n i dnt knw anyone in abuja, pls abuja mamas any suggestions?

Good news alert yippeeeeee its a BFP ............ God of awesome wonders has fulfilled is promise I took this test exactly 2am on Tuesday but did a bloodtest earlier today which also came out positive I don't know how to express how I feel right now I wish I can scream that every one can hear me loud on the thread but impossible thanks to everyone for word of advice many times I don't even know what to do next after trying many things but this thread is a home from another home where one get encouraged despite what we all are going through may the lord remember everyone for good soon and we shall encounter his divine encounter before the end of this year baby dust sprinkled everywhere.

6 years and counting.
This is my first ever pregnancy and my first IVF cycle.

It could only be God. To Him be all the glory.

I pray that everyone still believing God for the same testimony will be visited as well. Trust God.

Of the 8 people that did test today, 6 of us had a positive result.

Praying for a safe, healthy and smooth pregnancy and a supernatural childbirth.

Well, today is day 11dp5dt.

Really trying to be positive.

I started having mild period-like cramps on and off and brown spotting on 8dp5dt(which was my period day) till today 11dp5dt but it seems to be easing off today. I am nervous that period is about to come.

The only constant side effects /symptom for me is sore boobs and nipples. The other symptoms come and go.

I really hope its a good sign.

Anyone had same symptoms and got positive result?

Test in 3 days.

Feeling nervous to test but I will eventually test before the official test date which is 22/12.
Feeling okay generally safe for this persistent sore breast and nipple I have had far back as during stimulation even before I started taking progesterone.

The other symptoms come and go which is Nausea, light-headedness, cramps, tugging/pulling/tightening sensation in lower abdomen both left, right and middle.

Praying that this cycle works out.
