spiceadole:Congrats! 6 years ago, it was definitely easier to migrate than today. |
One phone call, he go waka. See as e dey smile sef smh |
A cup of green tea in the morning is not enough to cause the multiple side-effects you listed. Even if you were to take multiple cups, it still would not cause it. Go see a doctor. |

I was shocked when I found this. The guy was so young. RIP. |

Was their case heard in the court? Or were they kept indefinitely in custody all thia while? |
davies:If he attempts what you mentioned in the last line, it will most likely signal the end for him. Mind you, RKelly also got acquitted in 2008. The second group of charges levied against him 11 years later was what got him convicted. Just as he was getting arrested, the Feds published the plethora of evidence they used in securing the warrant for his arrest, compiled in a lengthy document; and it contained detailed evidence as proof against Kelly. |
Some of the transcript of the court's proceedings made it my way, particularly that of Cassie, and even then, it seemed clear to me that the Feds had overcharged. No one else but them is to blame for this outcome. |
iamL:When I advised that individuals of means should be wary of investing in land or properties in the country, nudging them gently towards neighbouring countries with a more straightforward and less bureaucratic -- euphemism for corruption, with respect to Nigeria -- process, for peace of mind in the aftermath of such expensive transactions, monikers like iamL were quick to oppose me. Yet every week, we are graced with news of a land/property deal gone awry, some even occurring decades after initial acquisition. |
To create a safe haven to launder his money, that is all. There is nothing Saint Lucia has to offer a country as big as Nigeria. Tourism is their biggest export. This is nothing more than a theatrical veneer to garner praises from his not so cognitively gifted supporters for doing something not even befitting the label of "the barest minimum." |
I swear to God these people have killed over 100 masterminds who orchestrated the attack 😂🤣 Who planned it exactly at this point? Even the masterminds behind 9/11 no many reach so. |
If I were to say that the black man is utterly void of the proficiency needed to build a successful nation, the ignominious label of 'slave with an inferiority complex' would be bestowed on me. I implore anyone with means, who is not from the state or has never been there, to pay a short visit. There you will find an arid desert, absent jobs and productive industries. Its pregnant clouds stand an illusion, hopeless and devoid of meaning, swollen with the opulent display of wealth from internet scammers, whom the next generations see as the pinnacle of good living, every other pathway deemed non-existent. And instead of the people at the helm of affairs to proffer effective solutions, they waste their time chiding at the most inconsequential problems of them all -- indecent dressing -- with a vigour so intense that the Ayotallah would grow rubicund of visage. Every second I read something on the news that pertains to my state, I feel a flush of shame. |
VicM6:I tried to read the post with a straight face but I could not 🤣 |
Trump can be so dramatic and unintentionally funny 🤣🤣🤣 I laughed so hard as I diligently read every single word of that post on truth social |
People who ask this question reek of it. The subtext behind it is clear: how do I mask the stench of poverty that, due to no fault of mine, continues to haunt me beyond reproach, no matter how I hard I try to rinse myself off it? |
Billions of years from now, if at all. I have more pressing concerns to be worried about the supposed end of our solar systems. |
Trump's administration has killed their business. |

Edusouls:I sincerely have no idea why you all keep spouting this nonsense. Large-scale ignorance? Wishful thinking? I'm not even a fan but anyone with an iota of sense can ascertain that, as a military power, America has never been more stronger. Don't bring preconceived biases into supposedly objective discussions, but this is Seun's nairaland of course. Ignorance abounds. |
So the smooth-brained geniuses who commented before me actually think that this warning pertains to the current hostile US-iran relations, and not the endless clashes between terrorists, bandits and our soldiers. Ridiculous! The US/Israel-Iran conflict, happening 4000km away in the Middle East, has been made the focal point of our political discourse this week; whether deliberately engineered by the powers-that-be in an attempt to avert our eyes from Tinubu's glaring failure as chief of the armed forces in the chaotic Middle Belt region, or rather, because of our collective lack of self-preservation as an utmost priority as citizens of this nation, it remains to be known. |

Iran na real nigga. Israel disappointed me I won't lie. Having the US bomb Iran to allow them save face as they exit was disgraceful. |
The only reason this lying fraud isn't serving a 20-year sentence is because of his connection to the Obamas. Even in developed climes, corruption abounds. |
If Nigeria were to split one day, Ebonyi should go with the north. |
Port8080:How many civilians died in the process? The so-called terrorists who were military leaders were in a residential building, where they lived, when Israel attacked, and over 50 innocent civilians were hit. The shock wave even made its way to a nearby hospital, killing the occupants at the time. |
yinkus6750:Because the Nigerians courts are blatantly corrupt and ever willing to turn a blind eye to oppression if the right wallets are greased. |
I personally believe that individuals of means should not purchase land for personal or commercial use in this country, and should instead look abroad for peace of mind, be it in Ghana or the Ivory Coast. The sheer ineptitude of the individuals tasked with the responsibility to properly delineate land for government use, as they sit in their offices asking for bribes and skirting around the purpose for which they were employed, is startling. The consequences to them are seemingly none, as the weight of their actions is borne solely the people to whom they failed to give proper warning, at the time that they should have. |
