Another good example is Japan, USA, and China, modernity does not make one less barbaric.

If barbarism is nurtured or perhaps generically favored, modernity does not lessen its effects.

Of course. But if you truly understand that, then you'll understand that money doesn't automatically guarantee a happy or successful marriage.

Ultimately, a successful marriage would still be based on not money but on couples sharing the same perception and philosophy of life in general, whether they're poor or wealthy. After all, there are couples out there that started poor in their marriage but got wealthy later in the marriage, then got divorced when they got rich. So, in this case money actually caused a divorce because it was never an issue from the beginning. This takes us back to the comment I responded at first.

There are couples who would love their partner not because of money but because they're honest or polite or kind or righteous or intelligent or meek or good in bed, etc. It all depend on their perception. Not your perception!!. You can't speak for anybody who has a different perception than yours.

the whole story is, the intermediate court has called gay ppl "mental", and then a lawyer is sueing that court !

that means china is pro gay and the essence of the news is chinese normal ppl even have balls to sue the court, to appeal the higher court to change the verdict.

and because gay is so common and normal in china that an intermediate court calling gay ppl "mental" turns to be a funny news and it is even translated and reported into english to let you know

Well, I don't know about the jews and co. Again, I didn't go to the West, my parents did. You probably need to stop assuming things about people you don't know. The fact that you think sexuality is all about sex and that certains lives are worth fighting for while other aren't shows you're broaching a subject you're not familiar with; the ridiculousness of it all.

My parents are Africans, not me. I certainly don't live in poverty, I don't know about you. Having said that, sexuality is not a culture. It is a key component of human diversity and it has been there long before the coming of the white man to Africa. You certainly have people around who are gay but living fake lives cause you're not smart enough to know that their sexuality does not change who they are... the misery.

Perception is the key to everything. Unfortunately, the wrong perception has been created in our brains that money is the dominating factor, instead of say; love or strength or intelligence or honestly or modesty or something else.

Note: And it's not just about the woman's perception of the husband but about life in general- vice versa men. In other words, a good marriage would actually be the one where husband and wife share the same philosophy about life in general, irrespective of who's wealthier

How has the the relationship between these two consenting adults hurt anyone? You're arresting them cause you feel they must be attracted to what you're attracted to? Natural or not, criminalization of homosexuality is based on hate and nothing more. Someone on the front page said it's not natural cause there aren't gay animals, yet there are so many gay animals out there. And the moment you point this out to him, he'd tell you we aren't animals forgetting he was the one that brought animals into the chat.

Gay people are just the minority. They've been there from the beginning of time and there'll continue to exist. The idea that the more than 6 billion people on earth were born straight is very unnatural and outrightly impossible cause no aspect of nature maintains that level of consistency, not even day and night!

Homosexuality has been proven in all of the animals you listed. The reason you haven't noticed it is because you aren't paying attention to chickens running around and partly because the homosexual population in any given population sample is usually less then 10% of the total population.
