Ppogbae:I said it here that the gods are angry with Ngr. Right from our Bball against France. Team Ngr will throw for 3points, breeze will just carry d ball. But once France throws, just like a guided missile, it will enter the hoop. Somehow, blessing was suspended, growth hormone was noticed in her test. Another medal hopeful in 100m men Divine Oduduru was disqualified, just like that whereas the one that committed a worse offence was left on the field in the same race. Adegoke now is another casualty. Not forgetting the madness from the 4x400 mixed relay where they fixed a woman among men for the final lap. The elements ain't smiling at all. D negative energy is too much. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

chrisooblog:You re right I guess. Just noticed that he doesn't lead d forward press as he used to. The MF does d pressing this time and once they have d ball he attacks the open spaces immediately |

For those that don't understand the game @ play. 1) The 12 count charges will be reduced today. He will not be found culpable in those. 2) The federal APC led govt are watching the body language of both local and international communities on d matter. 3) There will be adjournment to a later date for further hearing. For today? Nutin nutin. Binta Nyarko will not rule anything today.. |

thebosstrevor1:Olympics is not all comers affair. There is a standard that an athlete must meet before he/she qualifies to be in Olympic train. If the standard is 10.00 secs for 100m dash and you have never clocked below it all season. Even if u re the best in your country with time of 10.50s. You re going nowhere. There were a lot of qualification tourneys in Africa. For boxing, judo, wrestling, swimming etc. Nigeria went with their best from the classics, but how many qualified from Africa. My bro its not about sending a whole lot of individuals. Imagine Nigeria did not qualify for 4x100 relay men. If na population, India for send 300,000 participants. |
![]() |
Still blame my brother Zik & Ironsi for this mess of a contree. Imagine if they had listened to Awo. Southern Nigeria as a country would have sent more reps to this Olympics. And there is no way they won't come back with lots and lots of medals. I know for sure that the prep would have been top notch because the facilities will be there. Just look at. Just remove SE and SW from the list. How many athletes did Nigeria send?? |

labas370:We keep underrating our SF. It no go tey they will meet this same Zambia team in AWCON. The result go shock you. For now we don't have any mate yet in Africa. Chinese female team has lost it. They used to be up there cos they and US first started female soccer professionally. But other countries have picked up. Soon na primary 1 seat dem go collect. 2 Likes |

Switching nationality is always very complicated, Eagles’ Scout, Adelakun explains By Ayo Olu Ibidapo - July 21, 2021 712 0 Super Eagles Chief Scout, Tunde Adelakun has revealed some of the challenges facing the country in getting players of Nigerian descent to commit their full International future to Nigeria as the NFF continues to ensure the best players lace their boots for the country at all levels, AOIFootball.com reports. In an exclusive interview with AOIFootball.com, Mr Tunde who also doubles as an Assistant Coach to the NFF, also stated that the federation still has an abundance of talent spread across the globe just waiting to be scouted. “The job has not been difficult at all. I think the only difficulty is the rather good problem we always have – having to pick from an abundance of good performers in the various leagues. “That is a good problem to have, although it has its pitfalls but we try not to overthink it,” Tunde reasoned. Having already secured the international future of German-born defender Kevin Apoguma, Tunde and his scouting team now have a big task in their hands to bring home the duo of Michel Olise and Eberechi Eze, with the Eagles scout revealing a much bigger problem than what the fans think should always happen. “Nationality switch is very complicated. A player who was born in a country perhaps has been developed by the country where he or she was born to get to a point where he or she is being courted by one or two nations. It will always be difficult. “Some of them only know the UK as a home for instance. Because that’s where they grew up. So they need to be softly convinced to jump ship. Makes it more complicated when they have played at one age-grade level for the European country where they were born. They need to write a letter unequivocally stating that they want to come to play for Nigeria, and that by writing that letter, they have given up their rights to ever play for their country of birth. “That can be really scary for a young player. But they do. Then they need to prove their Nigerian citizenship. By having a passport of their own or at least for one of their parents to have a valid Nigerian passport. This proof of citizenship is key,” Tunde further revealed. He also went ahead to state that the most tasking part of the process also has to do with the other Nation’s FA to give a no-objection verification which sometimes slows the entire process and can even drag endlessly. “We also have to request from the nation’s FA (England and the home countries if the player is from the UK) asking them to give a no-objection verification to the NFF for the release of the player. Sometimes this is difficult because the said FA might still feel they potentially could do with the player’s services in the future. “It’s when we get the no-objection confirmation that we can put it all together in a package and submit to FIFA for their approval,” Mr Tunde concluded. The NFF have in the past lured players of dual citizenship to represent Nigeria, with the Eagles profiting instantly from Victor Moses who helped Nigeria to glory at the AFCON in 2013 having dumped England at that time. That move did inspire the likes of Alex Iwobi, Ola Aina, Josh Maja, and most recently, Ovie Ejaria to switch allegiances from the UK with the switch now also reflecting in the Super Falcons with the likes of Leicester City’s Megan Ashleigh and Mowaninuola Dada of Watford joining up with the Team in their Austria camp. Well this explains it all. Unless there is something else they re not telling us. 3 Likes |

Golden147:She is a good girl in the present. I cannot say if she will remain the same in the future. Secondly, I did not see the part where you consulted your father unless he is late. I did not see where you seek the counsel of your siblings unless you are the only child. By and large. You are student picking up the responsibilities of another student. Definitely you are a diamond that cannot be thrown away. Have u tried playing broke?? Not being able to pay up her fees again?? Not even pocket money etc. Try it first, then advice yourself. humility33:Watford that season played on the deck football. Right now we don't know the type WBA will play. If Alardyce remains the coach, your guess is as good as mine that it will be huff and puff with set pieces here and there. It may not suit Awo. |
