This announcement is for the benefit of all candidates who have chosen the federal university of technology owerri as their first choice institution in the 2016 university tertiary matriculation exam (UTME) and scored 180 and above.

The following will apply:
1 Eligible candidates will be required to pay a processing fee of two thousand five hundred naira only (#2500), bank charges inclusive
2 Online registration commence Friday 29th of july 2016 and ends on Friday 12th august 2016. those who fail to register within the period will not be screened. to register, follow the steps outlined below;
a. Visit the university website www.futo.edu.ng
b. click on prospective students
c. click on "click to Apply" under 2016/2017 admission screening application
d. Enter your jamb reg number.
e. Select your payment mode (Generate remitta retrieval reference number to pay at any bank or simply pay with your bank ATM card)
f. Return to the application page and enter your jamb reg number again
g. Proceed with the completion of the form
h. Correctly enter your O level result
i. Upload CLEAR COPIES of all necessary credentials
j. Confirm your entries

Few months ago, Airtel Nigeria introduced Airtel SmartTrybe Tariff plan which then make users to enjoy Hourly Unlimited Night plan at N100 for 1HR and N200 for 2HRS. I remember then, a friend of mine was able to downloads up to 15.3GB within 3HRS with the Hourly Unlimited Night plan.
Well, its seems the Unlimited Hourly Night Plan is not favorable for Airtel NG as they scrap the Unlimited Hourly Night Plan and introduce another new data offer. Airtel NG have unleash 500MB for N25 and 1.5GB for N50 which valid for one single night at the Hour of 12 mid-night to 5AM. Though, this new Airtel Night plan offer "500MB for N25 and 1.5GB for N50" looks cheap but you can never compare it to the former Hourly Unlimited Data which costs N100 for 1HR and N200 for 2HRS respectively.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University UNIZIK has effected a slight adjustment in commencing the first semester examination for the 2015/2016 session. All students are hereby informed. The new commencement date has been announced.

Due to the upcoming research exhibition to be attended by over 50 fifty universities which will be hosted by UNIZIK starting from 7th March; also due to the Convocation ceremonies which will hold between 14th and 18th March, the University Committee of Deans chaired by the Vice Chancellor Prof. J. E. Ahaneku, FAS deliberated and moved the examination to March 21, 2016.

This means that all students both old and new will begin this examination on the same date. The time table for the exam will be displayed in the Faculties and Departments.
