Esstee26:
I wrote the EFCC recruitment interview last year, and I received this message earlier today. Just wondering if it's legit or simply a scam.

"Please be informed that you have been scheduled to attend an interview at the EFCC Academy, Karu, Abuja on Wednesday, 14th March at 7.30am prompt. Come along with a detailed CV and all relevant documents: Local Government Certificate, Age Declaration/Birth Certificate, educational qualifications and NYSC certificate (Originals and 2 sets of photocopies). Ensure you attend on the said date strictly as failure to appear on the date will not be entertained."

Pls which state are you from? Has anybody gotten in Akwa Ibom?

kennygee:

If he's helping people, it should not be from his tithe.

The tithe should be brought to God's house so there can be food. Tithes and offering in the times of the old testament was brought to the house of God as a token of appreciation and so there can be food for the Levites, this is because the Levite's were not allowed to work, their own work was to tend to the house of God as priests.

So they had a portion of these tithes and offeting to cater for themselves and their families.

Ask the holy spirit for directions. Its most important that you give cheerfully and not grudgingly or under compulsion.

PLS read Deut. 14:22 down... Having one perspective is not good. Bible said set aside 10% of your harvest and buy what you desire (wine, food etc) and eat with your family in God's presence, do not neglect the Levites because they do not work, and the foreigners and aliens among you. It also said, if the place where the Lord your God had chosen is far for you, exchange it for silver, and buy food items (probably when you get there)... That's so different from today's practice, please pastors should stop avoiding this passage, it's also in the Bible!

dabonny:
Find the answer to ur questions from this bible passage;
. and you shall bestow the money for whatever your soul desires, for cattle, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatever your soul asks of you; and you shall eat there before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household. The Levite who is within your gates, you shall not forsake him; for he has no portion nor inheritance with you. At the end of every three years you shall bring forth all the tithe of your increase in the same year, and shall lay it up within your gates: and the Levite, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you, and the foreigner living among you, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do. (Deuteronomy 14 : 26 - 29 )

By the situation I mean what caused the breakup like if it's about normal differences that can't be sorted out or or one party did sth really bad like cheating that really hurts the other person... Emotional intelligence is about how you can hold yourself and understand and bear humanity - maturity
deturla:

DRabbi.... I love the 'situation' and 'emotional intelligence' part. Can you please expatiate? Thanks

For the fact tat u guys av broken up does not mak u enemies. .. forgive . Become friends. . Check on each oda once a while. . Ders nofin in this life worth holding on to. . Tins Happen.. no one knows tomoro. .. how will u feel waking up to find out tat ur ex is no more but u had opportunities to Atleast mak peace. .. plsss Let's let go of pride n ego... e no de epp.
Well it all depends on what caused the break up. The truth is that there are people you cannot bear as friends and the best way of forgetting what they did would be to try to forget them by not being in contact. Well it all depends on the situation and the level of emotional intelligence.
