However, none of the things you have posted above is a reason to exonerate a man who have been accused with the kind of things that are contained in the divorce papers which have been made public (they are not issues of hear say. They are available in the court records). Those accusations are weighty and worthy of a 'robust response' not listing of works that are like a filthy rag in the sight of the Most High.
In addition, none of the 7 points you posted above count for much in God's scale.
