For her to claim damages and get financial cimpensatuon 4,5,6 have to be proven . my take is that her chances are very slim here . this is where I find inconsistencies in her claims .

For apostles reputation to be badly hit and possibly threaten ministry 1,2,3 have to be proven . I don't want to say what I think here . just judge it dispassionately and you will see whose chances are brightet here .
