For the record, how long he stays as a cleaner is determined by him and not the system. The same way you don't expect any foreigner to just come to Nigeria and become a manager is the same way these foreign countries don't expect a stranger to just come there and be given managerial jobs. You have to fight to the top. The good thing about such societies is that as long as you are determined and qualified, you will eventually get to the top. Is that obtainable in Nigeria? Capital "NO"

I had a choice to stay at home and keep eating mummy's food, but I was determined with the support of my father to start fending for myself as a teenager. This sort of training prepared me for the early rough life of immigrants in the western world when I left Nigeria as a post graduate student in the early 2000s and as a professional after my party lost elections and federal power in 2015. Today, My first son is a physiotherapist, my daughter is a nurse and my second son is an engineer in their adopted country. But I made sure they worked their ass doing menial jobs after they left high school and as undergraduates. Stop this nonsense behavior, because it will lead to your destruction.
