my problem with some nairalanders is thus, it's only when they have problems they tend to check updates here on nairalander , if we all were doing as such, no solutions would be proffered to solvable issues. Let's sit up

Wow, if you didn't camp in lagos you are... am thankful to God for the wonderful experience, last night in camp was something else, on the sound of the begeal Corp members where reluctant to go into their rooms, the soldiers got deadly and turned off the hostel lights firing a tear gas which dropped into our room, come and see area scatter, my room mates in room 1, confronted the soldiers at the stairs, a scuffle ensured, when it was getting too hot I went to gdaniels room (room 3) and slept there, the noise and disturbance later calmed down, no one was decamped, room 1 was purposely targeted because we really gave those soldiers a tough time while in camp, we hardly go to parade on time when they come with their whistles we would roll it for them and clap, sometimes we would ask them to sit with us and gist or eat, and so many stubborn but funny attitude, so the punished us with tear gas. I count it all fun, got posted to subeb, at first I thought it was a school going by its location in Maryland group of schools, only to be told later it's a ministry under education, see corpers cross country racing to alausa, I got there with gdaniels, I was the 177th person, it was fun. Done with Bank account opening relaxing at home

Sorry dear, but really I didn't see the call, I will call you after morning parade and lectures.

Had fun last night with Nairalanders, msenkay, gdaniels, jenyunwojo, Wildemex92, yetti, benie, beamsiebaby, emex, obiorah, kola, Nnamdi, others tried to turn up but were held back,
so all these girls can dance like this. I love everyone of them #nohomo, the togetherness, openness, oneness, love, setting aside our differences we had fun.
For those who missed we are thinking of one more get together before leaving camp.

We noticed some Nairalanders come here only when they encounter problems with Nysc for information and help, I believe we should go beyond that and keep in touch always, build a network of friends. It's only here we have one thing in common, we are all graduates, you don't know when or where the next person may assist you, so if you are reading this, I plead with you to connect with us. Inform others and if you don't know how to, just give me a call or send a message to my, WhatsApp, 08133458461 and you will be connected or check the thread and add your comments from time to time.

Lasgidi camp is the best, I miss our fellow Nairalanders camping at isenyi, but we will meet soon.

Alas! Sunday is here a free day phweeee, hasn't been easy but with fun all the way, have made new friends met a lot of Nairalanders, thanks to all those who identified themselves, it's so cool meeting someone you know online.

On camp activities
The lectures have been Boring for the first few days, with corps members displaying various sleeping skills set, wasn't left out at some point. but yesterday's inspirational lecture was something else, with gbash the comedian and mercy the winner of idols season 2 giving us unlimited entertainment, I took Selfies and autograph. pictures later

Kitchen things
The food has been ok, but the way girls have dumped mammi food for kitchen food is alarming. See cue! Sometimes the food doesn't go round, though I smell foul play from the kitchen staff, I heard (unconfirmed) that 500k is budgeted for each meal, I guess they don't use it all cos from experience with ajebo corps members food is wasted.

Girls and boys
In my platoon these girls are complaining we don't take them to mami or mingle with them, but I say how is it going to be possible with their large number. The girls are much in number.
At first girls where trying to form up, but as time is rolling they are calming down.
**heard a married woman was caught under the tenth with a male Corp member doing shorki, ** not cool, though shorki has been going on in hidden places for top men and hardcore boys, but that's not what brought me here, i have been a spectator.
Was adviced by a top government official who came visiting the camp and I happened to search his car as a security Corp on duty, he said we should foster strong lasting relationships as they will go a long way to build our future. That's my advice to you all.

CAMP ACTIVITIES
Welcome party wasn't as Good as expected, msenkay can dance! Danced with her

Open mic and karaoke
It was fun, having pot of gold, gdaniels, msenkay, making it fun all the way

Drama and cultural dance
Was entertaining and tough, enjoyed it with mydex93 (lovely girl)

Nysc idol
Was disappointed that out of those who came out very few could sing. But it was fun with the dancing

Miss big bold and beautiful
Firstly contestant 3 was damn hot, see figure 8 on a beautiful big girl , and behind, but the questions were not fair, they were too tough, contestant 6 a very good friend of mine fell on stage, she is not use to such activities as a core Christian from a fanatic Christian home. It was mad fun.

Parade was not just boring but stressful, call me let's meet up or drop your number, and if you can reach mizenkay then you will reach me

Well, iyana-ipaja camp is truly going to be fantastic, the girls out number the boys by 1:5 this is constituting an issue in my platoon where out of over 300 only 40 are boys, we go carry last for everything.

All those without profile pictures have made, identifying them on camp really difficult , it's not fair oh

The food in this camp has been tremendous. It very ok, so we NL have been having our meals together like a family, if you haven't, please join us, usually outside behind the union bank mobile atm, it's fun.

My advice goes to those dodging parade, they are stressing us out this early cos, swearing in of Corp members is on Monday, they want you to get the routine, if you dodge it, you might look like a black sheep that day, especially removing and replacement of head dress

Girls just outnumbered all the boys in this camp by 70 to 30 percent.

This is the first camp to readily grant people permanent exit after registration, we are more than required, over 3000 over the supposed 2000, they had no option but to accept even those sent to iseyin camp in Oyo that reported here, this lead to overcrowding, nysc was literally pleading with Corp members to take exit forms. All the pregnant and disabled were given compulsory exit.

Enough Ajebutter and people forming what they are not, I will catch my fun, make new friends and also make history
