For those coming in from other state to
lagos for the first time. If your bus stops at
ojota, take another bus going to oshodi. Most
buses stop u at oshodi oke ( immediately after
d bridge) on oshodi apapa expressway, Try
walking down under the bridge onto Agege
motor road (that's the expressway under the
bridge) you can then board a bus going to
iyana ipaja from there. When you get to iyana
ipaja, I think its a 100bucks from there to d
camp.
For those coming from d north, most times
your buses tend to take you to oyingbo. Get a
bus going to costain from oyingbo, when you
get to costain, you board another bus going 2
ojuelegba (hope I got that spelling correctly).
From ojuelegba, you get another bus going to
oshodi. ( The bus from ojuelegba would stop u
at oshodi but along the Agege motor road
(that's the expressway under the bridge) you
can then board a bus going to iyana ipaja from
there. When you get to iyana ipaja, I think its a
100bucks from there to d camp.
For those coming in from the airport, well
since you can afford that, you can as well
afford to take the airport cab straight to the
camp. Or if u want to get an adventure of the
lagos hustle, (the airport is actually close to
iyana ipaja). Walk to the closest bus stop, take
a bus going toward the Agege motor road,
cross over to the other side of the express
road and join a bus going to iyana ipaja.
If the above direction is not clear enough, the
get hold of a GPS enabled device when coming,
either ur black berry, Iphone, Ipad, or android
devices and log onto GOOGLE MAP.

I believe we are in the best camp ever,no goin out,pregnant women xcluded, alot of artist troopin in 4 performance.and d food make sence,tarred parade ground.. 1st clas hostel... Trade fair like mami market... Let's go there jare,and paint it RED

Pls I want to find out about lagos batch C14 stream 2; are we going to camp for the normal 3weeks or will they just post us to our various primary assignment withouth camping?? Cos am hearing rumours that the second stream will not camp, just to collect our kit and go for our PPA. Pls help me with more details. Tnx

If you could get a hold of concrete info, it will serve better than rumours, well batch B14 Stream II, didn't serve due to ebola crisis, which is obviously over, and they are to serve currently, as the DG of nysc said, camping is a compulsory exercise for Corp member, I don't think it would be cancelled without a strong reason like ebola.
So I doubt the rumours if there's is no life threatening reason.

I didn't buy a thing, I needed to know where I was going to be deployed, cos my shopping depends on my posting. Example if I was posted to makurdi-light clothing for hot weather, jos- thick clothing for cold weather, yobe or adamawa - guns and knives for harsh weather . I have enough time for shopping now.

House, since stream II camp will end 15 Dec, does it imply they will pay us for Nov and December in camp?
Secondly
hope our POP, won't be in December.
Thirdly
With 600 Corp members to be paid 15k, will steam I not fill all spaces, leaving nothing to we stream II?

Kai, maybe the way I'm saying this is confusing people, I'm trying to explain it to the best of my ability. If you have seen or printed your call up letter then don't worry yourself. This info I'm giving is for those people like me that have paid 4k but are still seeing Dob, print slip etc on their dashboard. Cos I was going out of my mind until I saw the circular posted in my school. So I'm just posting this info to reduce their tension like the info reduced mine when I saw it.
I'm trying to upload the circular but it's not working, but someone has already uploaded it here some minutes ago, look for it, read it and you'll understand what I'm saying.

This is a better explanation, those who have not seen their call up letters are on stream II,

not that those with with 26th May be in stream I.

Your letter saying 26th doesn't automatically mean that you're in stream 2. Some of my school mates that were posted to lag has 26th on their letter but they're in stream 1. The list my school posted there's stream 1 and stream 2 for batch c and those in stream 2 our letters are not with this batch. And the memo nysc sent to every institution states that those that there letters are not among the first batch are in stream 2 and would commence camp from 26th Nov to 15th Dec and our letters will be released before 26th.

Are you not contradicting yourself?
Please by what criteria is stream I differentiated from stream II?
I called my contact in nysc who worked my posting to Lagos, to inform him of my date, he told me that's stream II, so if I have 26th I might be in stream I is what you are trying to say.

For those people that paid and are not able to print their call up letters, it means that you are in stream 2 which will go to camp on the 26th. So they'll release our letters before then. Just got a text from my school's student affairs dept stating so. So you guys will probably get the same from your various schools.
