Well for those who don't know, glass tinting and curtains in vehicles was stopped in Nigeria in exception of certain dignitaries, due to kidnappings and robbery, security agents found it difficult to identify wanted persons and armed criminals from a distance in a tinted glass or curtained vehicle. So if you must tint your glass or use curtains, you're to obtain a permit from the Nigeria police.

Eyah sorry oh, I did that permit for my mums jeep, it came with tinted glass, it's cheaper in abuja, I did it for 10k, go to police headquarters abuja, you will do it in one day, in other states they charge 20k and above plus bribe money, they will tell you it has to go to abuja before it will be approved so you will wait for a week or so. if road safety or vio catch you, na problem oh, try and do it.

Not done with clearance, just came back from burial, when I know where I am posted to I might fall in jos.
