ZombieDredd:
I heard her treatment included blood transfusion and she rejected it based on faith.

A US judge ruled against something like this recently and forced the young man to take blood to save his life.

Maybe our judges should consider such in extreme cases like this.
There is what we call autonomy in medical practice. You can only transfuse blood in this case if it's an emergency AND the person doesn't have what we call capacity to accept or decline treatment. Even with this, you have the family to contend with. It is not a that straight forward decision by medical personels. It is easier to transfuse if it was a minor in an emergency.

You can jump with arms not too far away from your body but because he was jumping from behind, he needed extra arm stretch to gain height advantage. Unfortunately, the ball hit the arm first.

The ball does not have to be goal bound, the focus is on - which part of the body made the first contact, the position of the hand and the distance between the ball and the player
Lol.I don hear you
SportsRe: Nigeria Vs Tunisia: AFCON 2025 (3 - 2) On 27th December 2025 by Dreambeat:

The first contact with the ball was his hand. Hands not in natural position

Rules are rules
Considering that he jumped, his hands were in the natural position. Where else did you want his hands to be when he jumped?. Did he intentionally touch the ball? Was the ball goal bound when he touched it? These are the things you consider before calling it a penalty

He came to Nigeria to see things for himself. Now he believes there’s no Christian genocide. Below is his latest tweet. He even thank Tinubu. Did they lie to him? Lol. This is very funny.
Some of you don't understand how these people work or may be you do but want to just believe your own lies. They are here because your government invited them hoping they would convince them to change their mind. Before they came, they already had sources on ground gathering intelligence long ago. They already knew the undiluted truth.

They are here to fulfil all righteousness, not to find out themselves what is happening. This delegation did not need to come themselves. Don't jubilate because Rep Moore did not bash the Nigerian government publicly like Trump does. What they need is for the Nigerian government to do the right thing

Next season, Badiashile and Tosin should be demoted to the academy team. They are not up to standard. For Delap, English media just hyping him. He is Championship standard.

Remove Delap, Tosin and Badiashile. These guys are way below Chelsea standard. If you are going to play them, then don’t play them all at once. Maresca never learns

Yoruba adage says " ti a ba ran omo ni ise eru, a fi ti omo je, meaning if you as a freeborn, is sent on an " assignment that is normally reserved for the slaves ", the onus is on you as a freeborn, to use your discretion, to execute such assignment responsibly, so as not to bring trouble upon yourself.
Nigeria belongs to so many ethnic nationalities, why is it only Igbo that is having problem with other ethnic groups in Nigeria?.
Igbos were once in position of power in this country, were they fair in their dealings with other Nigerians?.
The records are there, a man said it of recent, that way back when Igbos dominate the police force, their wives will deliberately look for trouble and their husbands will come and arrest the victims grin grin grin., this was really funny, but still an abuse of power.
Were the people of Niger Delta under the control of Igbos pre colonisation?, if not then forget your so called self rule 'cause the people of the Niger Delta will not willingly submit themselves to Igbo subjugation.
they understand your pain, they understand your desperate Igbo desire to have your country, but can there be an Igbo country without an access to the sea?.
The people who could offer such access said they are not Igbos, this is the crux of the matter.
It is not hate, it is self preservation, and I hope you guys understand.
You guys needs to stop playing the victim, and stop issuing out threats.
You guys should just live and let others live.
The Niger Delta is a region. There are Igbos amongst them. As long as every Igbo man in Nigeria is given the opportunity to determine it's fate and future through a referendum, I am ok with that.

Fair enough, but you must understand that life does not grant wishes; you’ve to work it out, and in this case, politically—with as little collateral damage as possible. The starting point is electing leaders from amongst you who’ll prioritize your desire to leave the country. If you can’t get that right, you’ll suffer much more under self-rule.
Election in Nigeria is a charade. It's is part of what is wrong with Nigeria. The system we operate is not progressive and not sustainable. If elections in Nigeria were free and fair, at least half of Nigeria's problem would have been solved.
