is it true after DE registration and submition at jamb office we still gonna need to proceed to our aspiring school of choice to submit any form again ? if yes what and what form we gonna need to submit ?!

I'm from fed polytechnic ede in d dept of civil engineerin technology, I have distinction in my first year as an nd candidate., so we are on d verge of completing d 2nd year very soon which means d result is not yet out.., my questn is what's my chance of been admited to ui in d dpt of civil enginerin if I buy dier DE form dis year..?
