on the 15th of december 2017, i recharged my line with 3500 to do the 10gig youtube bunlde and 7gig android bundle,i dialed the code and follow the instruction nd got a ''subcription not succesful''when i checked my acct balance the money was gone and no data was allocated to me,i hv bn calling customer care since then nd they kept given stories to do something about it,on 30th decemeber,i recharged my line with 4000 to do the youtube plan fr 10gig yotube and 9 gig android data and i also got the same message,on the 5th of janaury i recharged my line 1 k and tried the 1k and the money was also deucted and no daata,i hv social bundle sucricption on my line and 18 gig youtube data rolled over frm previous subcriptioms,my mobile number is 08081972334

Not true. It costs about 10k to file a suit(this excludes legal representation, of course).

@O.p: a class action suit would be more convenient (less burden; more profit). But the only problem is the painful slowness of the judiciary. Cases like this can run into years. Try going to an Airtel customer care office to protest. Sorry.

Everyone should be careful during this festive
season,I don't usually share this kind of stories
but this happened before my eyes
Yesterday at about 3pm my Neighbour called an
aboki (shoemaker) to fix her slippers,she allowed
him stay in the compound while she went back
inside to continue with what she was doing ,while
he was fixing her slippers,he added something
inside before stitching it but unfortunately for him
the landlord was upstairs watching the aboki
without the aboki's knowledge....when he was
done he called her to come take her slippers that
he had finished stitching it,she came out of her
apartment and the aboki asked her to wear it
,immediately our landlord screamed from upstairs
"don't put your leg in that slippers.
He rushed down and demanded that the aboki
should wear the slippers first but the aboki
refused ,one thing led to other and the whole
compound was alerted including myself.
We literally had to use force for him to wear the
slippers and immediately he placed his leg my
friend guess what.......
The slippers just cut because the aboki no sow
am well
