The surgery posted was that of an umbilical hernia in a female that was neglected and it resulted to gangrenous intestinal obstruction. The dead intestine was removed and intestine joined back. Patient is happy that God saved her through us.
Please do not allow that protrusion or swelling on your abdomen to cause complication, consult your doctor early. It's cheaper and of low risk to treat it now, than when complicated.

This is a breast feeding mother who ignored a breast lump thinking it was just changes due to breast feeding until she developed a wound. At this stage, it's already late, but not too late. Please do not joke with any unusual sign in your breast, even if it's not paining you. We have removed the breast ( mastectomy) and she is receiving her chemotherapy.

If you are a young man of less than 45 or so, you probably had testicular torsion not orchitis, I think the diagnosis and hence the treatment were wrong. Your testis is gradually losing its blood supply.
orchitis usually occurs in much older male especially with prostate enlargement.
