As a sign of respect in accordance with the tradition in that part of the country, we the Igbos can't try that.. Not that we lack respect but our tradition requires that all men are equal and the traditional rulers have just a little edge over his cabinet and then his subjects,
For instance the king of my town can't take what belongs to another man forcefully, why? Because he doesn't have that power.
The king of my town can't just wakeup and make a decree, without consulting not just the cabinet but the commoners, the day he tries it, his days on the throne are numbered. |

It's a pity actually, but news like these are becoming more rampant everyday, kids are no longer safe with adults, be it religious clerics, well it's an unfortunate circumstance but if these go beyond control we might find it difficult to handle considering the growing population of churches in Nigeria. |

hush15: again, let's us stop misinterpreting the actions of the President has he has no intention of frustrating the incoming government. this is an unnecessary alarm being raised. why would anyone in his right senses that conceded defeat would still want to hold on to power or frustrate a transition process that will serve as the hallmark of his administration? That he handed over successful still have a lot to Jonathan's administration considering all what he has been through and happened.
While we misinterpreting the handover, the handover is just an event to formally hand over all necessary documents and briefs or additional documentation needed by the incoming government on the affairs and status of affairs of the nation. This is just a prelude to the actual event which is the swearing in. The swearing in is the main event that officially makes the President elect, the President and transfer powers to him by the constitution and not an event where they receive documents and handover notes as some people are misinterpreting..
Handing over is not a constitutional thing but a discretional choice between who us coming in and who is going out.
After swearing in, would Bugatti still be calling Jonathan to come and brief him on the state of affairs of some ministry and the presidency, let's be reasonable and speak the truth rather than condemning and hating.... and being the President of Nigeria Jonathan know the political atmosphere in the country even at this point, he personally should avoid anything that would be seen as an Avenue to truncate this process that ended peacefully 3 weeks ago. |

KEVIND: I watched it on Emmanuel TV when he said it,but i was wondering then what will be the cause of the revolt. To those who always complain of these videos coming out after the events should follow His live service on Emmanuel TV every Sunday. @johnydon22, So because he didn't mention it by it name (xenophobic) the prophecy is false. Nigerians! There's one thing we fail to understand, all the prophets God sent in the Bible days were sent to warn the world & his children against impending dangers & ways on how they should go in order to avoid them e.g Prophet Jeremiah, Amos. But we want the prophet to give the prophecy & also stop it from happening which is not posible. After the prophecy is given the task will be for those who the prophecy are meant for to pray & seek for ways out. Also We tend to confuse Ourselves with the difference between a Prophet and a Preacher or a teacher. Even Moses calling was not a prophetic one. really I admire you but somethings are simply not right about this man. |

Just said revolt/protest. . . He didnt state time and date it would happen.. lmao..
I can say i see A massive protest in libia (no time frame or the cause) lets see how a future event wont resemble that...
If he wants us to take him serious! He should give the exact time and date and the real deal by name not just bring out a video where he said he was seeing a revolt in south africa since 2013 and the shiit is just happening now.. lol.. these people shaa don't mind that man, if he had predicted same for 9ja portharcourt protest on March 29 would have been the excuse, |

kay1one2: God being a creator begat His only Son Jesus Christ as and embodiment of all His virtues and His Word; a connection between Himself and His Creation especially mankind! He equally has a Spirit; the Holy Spirit through which He holds all His Son's body the church in perfect unity and one accord! I cannot say the same about some arabian stone that has no protégé (quite self centered I must say), no power except the collective terrorist acts of its slaves, no creative ability hence out of beef for the true Creator, asking its slaves to destroy as much as possible via terrorist acts and can only promise; without any prelude as an assurance of the accuracy of the promise, worldly pleasures like eternal sexual orgies! enilove: How would the Muslim understand? They cannot understand God because they are slaves. Muhammed cursed them by calling them slaves and they all love it. Jesus Christ has blessed us by saying that we are children of God. In Yoruba land, if you are a bad person ,people will call you "OMO esu" , meaning child of the devil. Even our ancestors understand spiritual birth than Islam god. good to hear from you two but it's unfortunate that the op is so little informed and went ahead to open a thread of this nature, now if you care to know more read on. What is God? God is the name of a supreme entity believed to be in existence by many religions, and this entity is believed to reside above the skies and is omnipresent and omniscient, and this entity is believed to be the source of the existence of the earth and everything in it. The names of God, different languages and different religions have names to which they refer to God e.g English, God Igbo, chukwu Hausa, Allah Yoruba, olorun Religion, Various religious groups have their own way of worship and their own name for this same God but the fact that you were brought up in one religion shouldn't discredit the other religions, Muslims worship the same God through the doctrines of Mohammed (SAW) and we Christians worship the same God through the doctrine of Jesus christ, Even the traditional worshipers still have a place reserved for the supreme God, so please mind the way you talk about religion on social media and try not to cause stir that may lead to mayhem. Thank you |
