Cemetery attendants taking over leadership of market? Because of what? Because it's in yoruba land? Those traders don't they pay tax?

This is what you call impunity, Nigerian version of xenophobic attacks.

babajero:
the question is how many times have you helped people in need without wanting payback, and another thing nobody prays for natural disasters or accidents, if any body knows when it will happen people that died in bellview or sosoliso, or people that dies almost every year from earthquakes in China or land slides, ship mishaps etc. Guy just think before typing because sometimes your opinion can make you sound foolish. No offense intended.
it's not only people who help people and broadcast it that help people, and we have different capacities and you can only help within your capacity, and the little you do in your capacity can change another man's life, think?

In the Catholic Church there is a society called St Vicente DE Paul it's duty is to reach out to the poor and the needy from its purse gathered from society members and their own voluntary collection box, I know of a friend who had an accident and needed funds for surgery at Lagos state university teaching hospital, St Vicente de Paul supported him with 100k without broadcasting it,

That is what christ taught us and we are expected to live by his examples and principles that's what makes us Christians,

Mathew 6:3 But when you do alms, let not your left hand know what your right hand does:

Now we are all free to believe what ever we like, but I'm not in support of giving in front of a world wide broadcast,

The Bible verse I quoted is from christ him self, whom we seek to imitate, anything outside that count me out.

And does he care to explain the death of close to 200 people on his church? a death toll that much without a public apology and you are here telling us about love. God will judge you.

People just make unbelievable comments. Please give honour to whom honour is due. Let's face it Buhari would never have conceded if places were switched. I am not a fan of GEJ, but for this singular act, he has my love and admiration.
if places wer switched how? You mean if he clearly won and you pronounced Jonah the winner? why the hell would he concede that? Jonathan knew Nigerians are fed up with him, those guys read comments on social media too, truth be said JONATHAN had employed crooked means to win the election but it all failed, he never also expected to get 12 million votes, and in this Era sophisticated mobile phones, high speed Internet, social media, countless number of bloggers everywhere, he has done virtually everything within his power but still the voice of the majority prevailed, and in the end he chose to be wise conceding was not to save Nigerians of anarchy it was to save himself of the life of being moved court to court in a black Maria while facing ICC and corruption tribunal, so get it JONATHAN CHOSE TO BE WISE

Chai! Children of anger are just quoting me and insulting their fadas!

These simpletons expect so little from their leaders and if they do dat little, they shower these mediocre leaders of theirs with encomiums.

Should or could GEJ have done otherwise than concede defeat? Noooo!

So why all these stories of martyrdom or heroism?

O boy, the suffering is more than $100 worth.

I rebuke it on your behalf in Jesus name.

If US/Europe weather happens to be like Africa weather(West Africa one, not that North Africa oooo cos the scorching sun in North Africa is as good as living in hell fire; nearly blind my eyes. I ended up with permanent glasses), why not. I will tell you to go for it.

It ll be like you are washing cars while standing in d Freezer at highest temp. You ll see those guys' eyes with weather tears.

The weather that made a white man who was born and bred in the country; standing by my side at a bus stop to scream and said "Bloody weather". I started laughing and he looked at me and said I hate this fvcking country.
thanks for the update, but sincerely speaking I'd go for it if I had the means, $100 daily would help put a brother on track again, for the weather I know it's not gonna be easy and I appreciate that fact, but still man gatz to hustle. .

Do you have any links or reliable means that can help me get there? Any atom assistance would be highly appreciated,

Thanks for your prayers.

£5 for washing and polishing d car body.

£10 for intensive wash; both inside and outside with tyres.

But if you see their suffering and their bills......

By the time they take out their expenses out of that revenue, they would hardly have smting left.

US is btw $14 to $26; it all depend on your choice of services
sorry if I'm being curious here but @ an average of $20 USD If I can get upto 10 customers daily I'm good with that, because definitely at the end of the day after expenses and bills I should still have $100, for me that's not bad.

Then these street roamers(as you called them) should come back home instead of putting themselves in vulnerable position. No country in the world wants scoundrels on their streets anyway.

What is their purpose of being in South africa in the first place? To make money I presumed.

However, if things didn't go as planned, let them come back home, otherwise they would constitute public nuisance.

Has any one in UK/US see our brothers washing/valeting cars at these superstores like ASDA/TESCO/SAINSBURY,TARGET, WAL MART ? Chaiii!!! You ll cry ooooo. I cried for real when I saw them in the horrible weather like freezer, washing cars. They didn't know the reason why I was chatting them up. The funny thing is that these guys would refuse to do this back home and I strongly believed that these guys could do better than that in Nigeria
in Nigeria how much do they get for washing cars? #300, now tell me how much you pay them in those places you just mentioned.

The average South African is not xenophobic and that's the truth. Those guys that carry out these attacks are criminals using foreigners as excuse to loot.
Yes there is a campaign to stop this attacks, this goes to. Show that a majority want this to stop

Politics › Re: Imo Lawmakers Protest Non-payment Of 2 Months Salaries by driand(m): 7:41am On Apr 16, 2015
Nigerian law makers on the state and federal level have been there since 1999 as if they're not there, after all the executive arm still does whatever pleases it without answering questions from anyone, if those I'm law makers have been doing their jobs diligently, and uphold the purpose f9r which the people voted them in, I don't think their salaries would be an issue they have to protest for,

In my opinion I concur to what MrKnowitall said "what have the done to deserve their salaries?" if they can't give a credible response the salary should be withheld till further notice.

I just checked your profile picture and I'm not surprised, your land, your land, what makes you the owner of the land? virtue of birth, if you give birth to a child 8n the UK you would want to claim citizenship for the child in the UK, how about the millions of igbo children that have been born in Lagos, ibadan, abeokuta, ede, oshogbo, akure, ? You want to drive them away, .. .. I've told you don't let bitterness borne of poverty destroy you.
