Plant a Tree Challenge with Earthlight


As part of our activities in commemorating this year’s world environment day slated for the 5th of June, we at Earthlight International would be engaging in planting over 200 trees. The event, tagged ‘Greening the Blue’ is focused on beating air pollution. Alongside the tree planting, an awareness campaign would also be carried out in the areas where the trees would be planted, in order to get the community members on board to sustain the trees for them to thrive and grow beautifying their environment and cleaning the air around them.

The aim of this campaign is to create awareness about the dangers of air pollution especially carbon emission, while creating impact by planting trees which will help the environment through its oxygen -carbon dioxide exchange

I dunno what kind of advice to give my friend who sent this to me.

How will someone borrow you money after begging and crying to return it the next day and you have the audacity to use it to do another business?

Like that isn't enough, he's being lieing about sending it for over 3 days now (4 days after the agreed time oo) and he still has the boldness to update his WhatsApp status with motivational quotes.

Chaii.. Nigerians are low-key wicked.

I used to do it too and I thought I was smart but once I started losing good friends, it made me stop.

Moral of this post: Your friends are going through a lot probably lot more worse than you are. If they decide to help you out with a fast loan, do well to pay back before/on the agreed date.

They won't embarrass you because y'all are friends but you will never be trusted again.

Don't laugh at anyone.

Their life can change anytime..

Like someone pointed out, keeping the friendship will be beneficial on the long run. Invite the guy to a meeting with a mutual friend; buy drinks and thank him for the contract and explain situation to him.

Then offer him 5% more if it won't affect you.

SO, how many % to show appreciation? where will I get to pay off stuffs that I used? which already covered 60% of the whole sum

When you refer someone for a contract, it is left to the person to decide if he should give you something as thanksgiving or not..
In my case, I chose to give my friend who's more like a brother to me now 10%..10% weyn I suppose carry go church.. He wants more even after explaining to him that I paid for services of people who I worked with..

He's threatening fire, brimstone and hell already..
