If you think Rosenoir is coming to change or challenge the strategic business model of BlueCo, then I have a bridge to sell to you in Manhattan.

Business organizations don’t alter strategic business plans because of employees, rather, they hire employees that fit their business model. Maresca knew what he was getting into before he took the Chelsea job. The only difference now is he started seeking influence which is against what BlueCo wants for the club.

Any change to that model, especially midseason, will trigger an overwhelming disruption to everything Chelsea and that isn’t happening, especially now. If there is going to be an alteration/ revision, it would be in the summer but I doubt it, because these cats don’t care about how u guys feel.

As long as they can buy teenagers, resell them, fill your Obalende Bridge Stadium, clinch 2nd tier or by luck 1st tier European spots, they are content. You are talking of men that have refused to get you a shirt sponsor because their cooked up valuation of Chelsea is above your real valuation.

Essentially, he coming to be another “Yes Man”. If he is tactically astute, he will have Chelsea punching above their weight, make a name and move on to another opportunity in 2 years. Popular big name coaches are not interested in Chelsea, there is nothing relatively attractive about this Chelsea project, neither do they fit BlueCo’s plan for Chelsea.

I just something on twitter about his formation and what i saw was ok. 4-4-2 formation with Enzo,Caicedo and Santos in midfield 3 while Palmer is slightly ahead of them and behind the front two of Pedro and Delap.

My guy we can only hope he succeeds and does better than maresca for us
