Against Manchester United, once Chelsea went down to 10 men, he immediately withdrew all his attackers for defenders, sending the wrong signal to both his players and the opposing team . You can’t defend for 80 minutes without committing an error.
The same happened against Brighton today , after another red card, he again sacrificed his attackers for defenders, leaving the team with a weak striking force and inviting constant pressure.
