That was extreme though? African women are beautiful people. I for one, wouldn't lay much of the blame on the women because it's expected they add more wieght considering the instantaneous love and care that's mometorily showered on them by both husband and relative immediately after marriage.

What's funny is that, as time went on, the much exhibited affections and care by families and friends will greatly start reducing and that's when she begins to get the exact opposite of the whole scenario.

Though that's not to dispute the fact that ladies in this side of the world are lazy when it comes to watching thier weight and making sure they eat responsibly.
But then again, maybe we should just cut Mrs Tonto some slack and besides, she's not looking so bad. Just a little bustier and fairer.

Sleep is a medicine we all need on a daily to stay healthy and strong. I dont tamper with my sleeping routing either.

I was also made to stand on my feet all through our early morning devotions because i always dosed off amid prayer sessions. Though i really were never participatory or very deep in the tenates of christainity back then. Mum was expecially making sure she forced me to be involved.

I still remember the part were they'd ask for who to lead with the worship songs.. I made sure i arrived late so i wouldn't be pointed out for it.

Those tedious but good old days though.Its all now a nostalgic feeling, i tell ya!
