This is a good deal. Note 7pro processor is far superior to the note 7. Coupled with 6gb or ram and 128gb of storage. But yes, MTN 4G doesn't work on it. I don't know about Airtel but I know for sure Glo works on it. I feel Airtel should, they have a wide variety of bands.

So, I watched F9 and Black widow back to back, yesterday.

The thing I noticed is that in all these "female" centric movies, the men surrounding them are useless.

See red guardian and the main villain.

In F9, at least Dom's wife is competent

Was talking to a friend about this. The way they demean men in female staring movies is uneccessary. I watched Estella and I was just pissed on how degraded the male characters were. Is it a subtle feminist move in Hollywood. It's very stupid and uneccessary.

It's difficult. People say pray and all that spiritual stuff. I would only advice you to be self aware. Be aware of what triggers it and control it. You can't stop the act directly in my opinion. You can only stop what triggers it. So if it's a thought for instance, be aware of the fact that you're having a thought that could trigger the act and try as much as possible to distract yourself from that thought. That's what I mean by being self aware and taking control. Get busy, learn to code, get a job, register in a gym. Anything that keeps you busy. Do it. You'll be fine.

Exercise, it will make you feel good about your self and promote self confidence. You give your self a goal of 100 push ups a day 25 each set spread across the day.
Try to work on communication via calls. WhatsApp calls are cheaper and would make you talk longer. This would help you practice communication without feeling pressure from the person's physical presence. Work on this seriously and you'll find it easier to talk in person.
