Updates on note 8 is incredibly slow. At this Period were still getting minor rix for miui 12. Miss my note 7

Good Afternoon, I use a redmi note 8. I want to know how I can make blocked numbers get the number switched off prompt rather than line busy. I use to get this option on miui dailer but not anymore on Google phone.
