Can you please stop peddling falsehood?
It's a dangerous thing for you not to have sufficient information and then sound as an authority. This same ranking had at some point in time placed some universities as number one but now that they have dropped, you come up with half truths to make it look like it's vain.The universities you are promoting are clearly and currently inferior to the University of Lagos. It's not mouth,afterall,all through the '90s (you will know if you are old enough .I was even a student in another university and often wondered how the University of Lagos does it then)it used to be UNILAG before those other universities displaced it now University of Lagos is back to its original place as university of first choice and the nation's pride,now you want to shift the goal posts.Your preferred universities have dropped so live with it and congratulate University of Lagos for displacing those universities inferior to it.
They can learn from the University of Lagos how it does it,especially,it's uniquely different and high admission criteria like insisting on 6 credits unlike other schools and insisting on further maths for courses like Engineering.
