you still don't understand me. I never said I value people's opinions on what I used. Read my comments well because I stated it many times that I only used it because it give me maximum satisfaction that I needed and I am very much okay with it. I'm only trying to correct Fibonacci for saying that I'm buying it because I think it will determine my social status which is totally wrong. That was the reason why I stated that if anyone want to use a phone to determine his/her Social status, Then it will never be Xiaomi because it is not well known by people.

Anybody using Xiaomi phone will never have that thought in mind because even the cheap Samsung phone is more valued than any expensive Xiaomi phone by most people because the brand is not known by majority.

I only buy what give me maximum satisfaction and not for attention. I hardly buy phone, so far the one I'm using doesn't have any fault. I will have been okay with my Mi 5 for another year if not that the battery is now weak and I hate an idea of exchanging battery.

The reason why I said she was wrong because she cant just conclude on what she know nothing about

I perfectly understand what you mean but you are totally wrong anyway .... so many people value iPhone while some value Samsung s series more than any phone or brand and that is not because they think it determine their Social status but some think no phone can give them the maximum satisfaction they are enjoying with it and this always happen because they have not tested another brand.

In 2010, I use to said I can never use any qwerty phone because I was used to Nokia phone keyboard not until I tried BlackBerry and that was the end of Nokia for me that time. Same way I said I will never used any Android phone because i'm addicted to physical button until I bought MI 5 in 2017 and the love I got for that phone was mad and that is the reason I'm maintaining that series. For me saying I won't use redmi phone doesn't mean I see it as a inferior or not so good phone, it is just that I'm okay with MI series and I'm sure if I use it, I will definately fall in love with it but the only thing that will make me use it or try another brand for now is only if MI series stop upgrading or dies which I don't see that coming in many years to come.

If I want a phone to determine my social status, then Xiaomi will never even come to my mind because majority in nigeria don't even know about the phone talk less of the price and I hardly tell the people that ask me for the name of the device because i can't even pronounce it very well. You will need to pronounce it like 5 times before the person will understand and also call it a Chinese phone. I'm only using it because it give me maximum satisfaction I needed sir
