Initially I thought this was a #UBAScam, but looking at the description of each alert, I realized the bank only debited my account in arrears for the CBN card maintenance fees they didn't collect earlier. I'd to chill because it's really not a double debit. Even when I still called their customer care line to give them a piece of my mind, the calm kind voice of the agent, who took his time to explain the situation was quite amazing. |
