Sorry, it wasn't meant for serving CMs. It was meant for graduates that served between 2016- May,2017.

Did u fill the questionaire(i.e feedback form) too?

How was the test at your centers? Easy, better, or difficult? I sat at PH Center, it was totally difficult. Alittle time given with complex questions. It's only a robot that can finish the 1st two sections within that given time, if only the robot could even get average mark per the said sections. Dragnet, I hail oo!

I wont be surprise if d next stage fall within 2018. NNPC hopefuls will tell u of their experience. We are all filled with hopes sha, anytime they wanna call for d next stage.

If it does exceed this year(i.e the recruitment process) then its "transparency" is being rooted out. But, we don't pray so. Just like NLNG, it was clearly stated that much "patience" is needed in its recruitment & selection process. We acknowledged that, & are still waiting till this moment for their shortlist. Goodluck, guys!

When offered employment letter is called SELECTION.this is when candidates with a greater likelihood of success on the job are chosen.thanks

In addition to that, any recruitment process that takes more than a year, from when the application process was concluded till the closed of such job, unless stated; is NEVER "transparent."

Meanwhile, candidates should please note that this recruitment process will not be over by the end of October. In fact, applicants should be happy if the next stage (interviews or whatever) is conducted before October ending.

Biko, I'm not DPR HR personnel to know that. I'm an applicant just like you too. I only informed us my findings which is likely 80% sure. U can check my previous posts concerning ur question, it may be of help to you. For commercial, E.g of competency based interview: Tell us a time when you dealt with an urgent problem?

No, there are questions set for each candidate. Hence, ur own questions will differ from ur other counterpart's. If my findings are right.

@TKThankYou, I get what you are saying but I will also let you know that no colleagues are interviewing the other. Just like snapnet, these are consulting firms whose jobs are selecting interviewers whom have worked in such professions over the years. They've the most experience to pick talented & promising candidates amongst others.

Note: 4rm another research of mine. The interview is/will be organised in a way that each selected candidate has his/her own pool of questions presented only to panel of interviewers. The interviewers are there to ask u based on questions on DPR document presented 4u alone & they will record ur answers under it. This will make the process rigorous & transparent, & that's the only factor I think delaying the next stage. Success to those who would make it to next stage, I pray that am among.

that one is different bro. For the permanent Secretary, its not open to the public but to staff of a certain grade level.

Oh! Now is different? But, it's same agency runned by federal government? Then, what makes it different? Aren't they, staff of such agency? Just like in IOC's, you have a portal which even if u are an employee, can apply for a higher post if u are qualified for such post.

You can actually call the hotline that was provided. the guy over the phone is nice he'll give you a more genuine information, I think or if anyone has the contact details of snapnet, call them too. it'll be a more dependable source

And how do you expect such person to give u actual source? Don't u think he's at risk for such? It was same person who told pending submission candidates that they would consider them in batches for another test, i came here to tell them that it cannot change to approved, and it happened. Yet, he will still tell you otherwise just to keep u hoping till job status is closed, that's his profession.

In addition to this, just as in government agencies like the recent civil service permanent secretary positions held. F.C.S Employees applied to such positions & also sat for exams & interviews.

there might b an element of truth in ur post but it may not b absolutely correct. Most govt establishments which DPR is among abhor such arrangement.
NNPC wont entertain the idea of an old staff writing an entrance exam no matter the cadre.

Note: some of those who sat for EH, are DPR employees who chose roles maybe for career development or to increase salary. DPR have such platform for their employees. If it's still speculation, I charge any employee-EH to quote me wrong.

hello guys, i have forgotten about this nlng tin self since it took dpr nearly a year to call, but for one reason i tried login in but couldn't even requested for change of password which was sent, with username still nothing, has any exam been written yet, those they called for information, have they contacted you guys again, is there any hope for us that weren't, and do anybody have a ass question. cause during my siwes time i was called even asked to come for medical but because of school ish i missed that opportunity. thanks any answer would be appreciated thanks

Why I said this above. There will be an e-portal that will rate ur/our performances 4rm our/ur application to interview. So, you ought to prepare well. I will give you a clue for the interview: 1. Be familiar with ur uploaded Resume/CV. 2. .... 3 ... Let me stop here, cos people would soon doubt.
