Amazon AWS provides excellent documentation and video tutorials. You can follow the Amazon documentation or you can follow the procedure we describe below.

Log into the AWS Console web page, login using your Amazon userid and password.

Select datacenter location

Select the datacenter where your instance will be created. When you are experimenting with a free VPS, you should choose the datacenter closer to your location.

Create an AWS account


The first step is to create a user account on AWS. Go to the AWS Free Tier web page at https://aws.amazon. com/free/ and click on “Sign up for AWS Account”



Then, click on “Create a free Account”.

Click on the “Free Account” button
Follow the directions provided on the AWS web site to set up a user account. You need to have a mobile phone for identity verification.

If you already have an account on amazon.com, you can use your already existing account to log into AWS services.

As an incentive to use their service, Amazon Web Services offers new users a “free tier” of service that provides a VPS “micro-instance” at no cost for one year.


The free tier of service is fairly flexible. Amazon AWS provides enough free hours to run the micro-instance twenty-four hours a day for a year but, if a user needs more services, he or she may create multiple micro instances and run them concurrently, which multiplies the rate the user consumes hours. For example, one could run two micro-instances concurrently every day for six months; or twelve for one month.

There is also a link between obesity and chronic kidney disease, and sleep apnea is more common in those with chronic kidney disease.

3 You have dry and itchy skin. Healthy kidneys do many important jobs. They remove wastes and extra fluid from your body, help make red blood cells, keep bones strong and work to maintain the right amount of minerals in your blood. Dry and itchy skin can be a sign of the mineral and bone disease that often accompanies advanced kidney disease, when the kidneys are no longer able to keep the right balance of minerals and nutrients in the blood.

4 You feel the need to urinate more often. If you feel the need to urinate more often, especially at night, this can be a sign of kidney disease. When the kidneys’ filters are damaged, it can cause an increase in the urge to urinate. Frequent urination can also be a sign of a urinary infection or enlarged prostate in men.

5 You see blood in your urine. Healthy kidneys typically keep blood cells in the body when filtering wastes from the blood to create urine. However, when the kidneys have been damaged, these blood cells can start to “leak” out into the urine. In addition to signaling kidney disease, blood in the urine can be indicative of tumors, kidney stones or an infection.

6 Your urine is foamy. Excessive bubbles in the urine — especially ones that require you to flush several times before they go away — indicate protein in the urine. This foam may look like the foam you see when scrambling eggs, as the common protein found in urine, albumin, is the same protein as in eggs.

7 You’re experiencing persistent puffiness around your eyes. [/b]Protein in the urine is an early sign that the kidneys’ filters have been damaged, allowing protein to leak into the urine. This puffiness around your eyes can be due to the fact that your kidneys are leaking a large amount of protein in the urine, rather than keeping it in the body.

[b] 8 Your ankles and feet are swollen. Decreased kidney function can lead to sodium retention, causing swelling in your feet and ankles. Swelling in the lower extremities can also be a sign of heart disease, liver disease and chronic leg vein problems.
You have a poor appetite. This is a very general symptom, but a buildup of toxins resulting from reduced kidney function can be one of the causes.

Your muscles are cramping. Electrolyte imbalances and cramping can be caused by impaired kidney function. For example, low calcium levels and poorly controlled phosphorus may contribute to muscle cramping.
Be sure to mention any symptoms you’re experiencing to your healthcare practitioner. Request simple urine (ACR) and blood (eGFR) tests for kidney disease if you’re at risk. I also believe in possibility, but I must say that it's very hard to find an exchanger that can accept Payoneer for e-currencies. I'm stating this from experience because I already thought about and worked on this. Or do you know any particular exchanger?

you can try instantgold.ng , i think they accept visa/mastercard which Payoneer serves as a third party. give it a try if they can allow you buy any of their e-currency with your payoneer mastercard so you can in turn sell it at their bid rate....Goodluck

i mean for example if you place a finite bets between two points at A and B upside and downside respectively in a particular instant(Usually a volatile market), probability is you always make a win that surpasses all SL executed.although as for me whenever i try to find an order in the market, what i always get is a pseudo-order, but embracing randomness with enough volatility, i get a handful amount of order,maybe its the natures way manifesting on numbers, its a mystic experience.
