Xsem: B Okay you have a point. I thought you were generalizing. But from the post, do you in anyway acquiesce to the kind of hate speeches dished out by Dr sanusi on those medical students? For me it's not justifiable in any way. From what I could elicit from him(dr sanusi), I only see a man filled with dudgeon and acrimony. He had already judged them before the exam they took. The write up, said that UITH sent up-to 500 names of those that surpassed the exam but the Dr decided to upload only 200 which is still very wrong, what happened to the remaining names. Though we have mushroom medical schools littered almost in every part of the world but notwithstanding, there are still good ones too. Ukraine for instance, has a good medical school (kharkiv medical school),a very standard school, Just google it.Though the most important thing is self development but school is also important. Likewise in Nigeria, there is unn, UI, OAU, and there is Lasu, esut, ebsu, imsu and also babcock, It doesn't mean that if I couldn't get UI that babcock or Lasu is not an option. If I can't lay my hands on iPhone, there are other options like techno, Samsung, or even Nokia,at the end we are still doing the same thing. As for the exam they took, it's like that in every part of the world, why are Nigerian students striving to write PLAB or USLME and leave Nigeria? don't we have jobs for them?haha, the poor salary and hardship is a red flag Mr.Some FMs have ambitions like politics,or to contribute their quota in the development of Nigeria. So it's paramount that you participate in the exam and also in nysc to avail you the ambition you seek. Don't also forget racism exist in all these foreign countries, so to practice won't be easy. There are so many things that can make one opt to come home to Nigeria. In Ukraine, doctors don't earn much and that could be one of the issues. Bro the only reason I'm replying is that you rated the iPhone above Samsung! What the hell! Lol |

This is my wish and prayer for all who are destined! Bro, does the Nigerian Navy still use the camouflage uniform in the above picture? The naval officers in my center at sokoto were kitted in the regular woodland camouflage uniform. And I had heard for a while now that all branches of the armed forces were instructed to wear the same camouflage uniforms. |

Hi guys. I been follow this thread from the start and watched the progress of gallant men here from civilian to officers. Congratulations guys. I am a medical doctor from imo state and I applied as well. My only fear is my 1.68m height. I schooled abroad and very well traveled and possess no medical issues. I'm already a prolific swimmer as well. I just hope I'm considered. Please I would need past questions to prepare for the aptitude test (assuming I'm shortlisted). My email is djklech@yahoo.com. I'd really appreciate the assistance. Thanks a lot guys. |

V/ADMIRAL Thank you. You have educated me so much. I am a medical doctor doing my Nysc now and would conclude that in March next year. I schooled abroad but came back to serve. I have always loved to join the Navy as a doctor. When next would the Navy recruit? What rank would I start as? How much is the pay package when I start? And how is life generally as a doctor in the Navy in terms of happiness and job satisfaction? I would appreciate your response. Thanks!! |

Good afternoon.
I had a US visa interview done with my wife 5th April 2016 for b1/b2 visas here in lagos, we both were interviewed together as a couple and had our visa applications approved. I had visited the US on a b1/b2 visa in 2014 and my wife has never been to the US. The interview went well and like I said, we both were approved. However my wife's passport was ready for pickup whole mine is under administrative processing since then. I have been very sad and worried because I don't know why that is so and even when to expect my passport. I'm a medical doctor in Calabar and I'd travel back to Calabar soon because my work leave is over. I'm confused. Is there any way at all you can help me please? Is there a way the process can be expedited? My fear is that my passport photograph may have fallen out of my passport before the interview although I scanned a picture into my ds160 form. I hope that isn't the case. I don't want this to affect my travel plans as I already have my leave approved for the anticipated travel time. Please help me.
Thank you very much! |
