I dreamt our President returned hale and hearty and was greeted by a large crowd at the airport......same way I dreamt Trump lost the election......hmmmmm |
So am I supposed to have an erection on this news? The issue is not to grow foreign reserves, the tools cbn is using to support economic growth are outdated. It's like using the manual of a 1985 Range Rover to diagnose the problem of a 2017 Range Rover. |

OP, how about the woman I saw with a baby strapped to her back picking food from the dustbin? Keep living in your wrapped reality. Not today, not tomorrow, but I assure you a flood is coming. |

My people do not worry yourselves, it will soon be all over. These people you see today are all about to be swept out in a wave that is coming. When it is night is darkest, that is when the day comes. |
The patient was admitted for symptoms that sounded like postictal state. He was initially taken to Hospital. CT showed edema and slight midline shift, and therefore he was transferred here. He has been seen by Hospitalists Service. He has not had a recurrent seizure. Electroencephalogram shows slowing. MRI of the brain shows large inhomogeneous infiltrating right frontotemporal neoplasm surrounding the right middle cerebral artery. There is inhomogeneous uptake consistent with potential necrosis. He also has had a SPECT image of his brain, consistent with neoplasm, suggesting relatively high-grade neoplasm. He underwent a biopsy by Dr. Y. One of the notes suggested that this was a glioma, likely an oligodendroglioma, pending a second opinion at Clinic. That is not available on the chart as I dictate. After discussion of treatment issues with radiation therapist and Dr. Z (medical oncologist), the decision was made to treat him primarily with radiation alone. |
