@packaging thanks for your advise but my concern is that the lasu stuffs is supposed to be 5yrs and i still have one more year to go that's if they eventually let us off the hook..... I was actually hoping to just use High school no degree in the educational section but won't they be wondering what a 27yr old guy is doing with just an high school cert in the application ? Hi guys having studied the 2013 thread from the first to the last Page I thought it's necessary to ask for you help concerning 2014 dv lottery though I'm still awaiting Oct 1st result..... Im sure my question would help not only me but others..... Here's the situation, I am a 400l student of lasu's part time school and that's been suspended by the ncc but meanwhile sometime last year when I got fed up with the way the school was going I went for a professional exam in aviation and got an Iata diploma certificate (if anyone knows what hat is) which I have been able to secure a job with in a travel agency.. Now my question is what do u fill in under my education and do I need to include my work experience as a travel professional even though my Iata cert is recognized world wide..... Pls id appreciate your help @justwise @tammy and the rest

Nice to know some people still don't sleep just like me...... well thanks for the sheer knowledge of me lacking basic comprehension and please i only pointed out that you do not raise the hopes of prospective candidate who want perhaps venture into this industry..... we attended LABS with high hopes and the passion for the whole stuffs only for our hopes to be dashed after we learnt that they don't recruit and your recommendation basis is not for all set..... if you're lucky to be doing your program with them at the time an organization is recruiting, then there might be head hunting but saying authoritatively that Landover recruits would be a midlead..... You can call mary and ask her i'll be happy to give you her number..... going back to your question, I passed my IATA EXAM DISTINCTIVELY that's not even a prerequisite cos this industry is for those who got connections..... most people if not all, doing this course find it hard getting a job afterwards and I can tell you even my friend who failed paper 1 is presently working with FAAN.... so my sister lets face the fact we all know how this all goes down... will love to know you though.. do you have IATA YOURSELF?

ifyalways: Landover is the best in Nigeria! And you'll be sure of landing a job in an airline if you come out with an excellent result.

Depends on who wants the course, you can actually register for IATA/UFTA courses online, get the textbooks and self tutor. The exams are written twice a year worldwide and you get your certificate from Canada, IATA head office.

Any other degree obtained from "mushroom" aviation schools are useless. You can only work in a "travel agency" with those.

you may be right when you say landover is the best atc center in nigeria but pls dnt ever open ur mouth to say they will offer u jobs in the airline industry.... before people start throwing stones at u..... landover will never offer u any thing close to IT talk more of a job.... however if they themselves are recruiting and you apply there are chances they wilk consider u first cos u studied with them but dont mis inform peolle abt landover offfering jobs... im a witness to that cos i did mine with them last year.... gracias

OMG...... seeing this thread is making my day soooooo complete right now cos just a few days ago I was thinking about having such on here but didn't know how to because some itchy moderators just keep deleting my post every time.... But here's one reason why this is a source of concern to me.... there's this girl that i liked so much and I really wanted her to be my girl but damn the breath just can't bring us 5 steps closer and that's one of the reasons i won't see her even when she's bent on seeing me at home.....

Here are my own tips to how i keep my breath fresh....I hope a few of us can learn from it

Firstly, I do not under any circumstances use one brush(JORDAN HARD BRISTLE} for more than 3 weeks because the quality of the brushes has declined so drastically...... further more depending on what i eat the previous night, when i get into my bath to brush in the morning, I would normally brush with a bit of water and my paste just to whisk and make the presence of my minty paste known to the bacterias then i chill for about 30seconds before I do my normal round which encompasses every section of my mouth and of course I dish out blood everyday then after rinsing I now do the kissing session which is the 3rd session and is primarily focused on my tongue.....


Secondly: every wednesdays and fridays I do what i call a warm or hot break out..... I do 2 sessions of brushing with hot water and that helps my keep my breath stealthily fresh for another 2days or more

Thirdly I spend 1/4 of every cash on me on Vicks Blue & Gums{wringleys precisely} which i find healthy that also helps me keep a 24hour clean breath\

Another thing i do is after every meal instead of taking ordinary water, I opt for soft drinks that contains acids that can help me wash thoroughly any left overs of pepper and the likes and I immediately throw in my Gum or mint sweet after which I confidently go ahead with my day and trust me when I get kissed they always stay locked on.....

One other thing im good at is im always thinking of ways daily to creatively keep my breath clean and fresh because its something I detest with everything I have in this world and I hope this my little tips would help some people a great deal cos my dear fresh breath is the first step to getting loved!
