Yes @aieromon I did scan my car and I think the stuff started after I serviced the car... do you want me to post the result of the scan ?

aieromon:
Have you scanned the car yet?

Hallo.....

I might have an issue with my FX35 , my service engine soon light stays on and I think i need help with that asap.... Any one here that can assist with the possible solution?
Car TalkRe: Official Nissan & Infiniti Thread by drumma(m): 8:31am On Oct 31, 2014
Thanks bro..... he actually has a scheduled time for checking nairaland... don't mind him.... be there blowing whistle on me

Joe980:
@drumma... If you have not filled your engine with it, would advice you wait for his response. Most of the oils we use that ain't manufacturer's specs wears the engine. #16k ain't much a sacrifice to replacing an engine before it's life span.
Car TalkRe: Official Nissan & Infiniti Thread by drumma(m): 8:31am On Oct 31, 2014
Thanks nissparts.... this aint my first car just dropped a 2007 honda accord to pick this fx35... and i never had any issues with servicing the honda because it was easier to get the Honda genuine oil..... can i come to you place this morning to pick up the servicing kits ? and can i POSSIBLY get to sell the 2 gallons of 0-40 oil i bought?

Will appreciate your prompt response so I can jet out of the house soon... as i wanna get it serviced before 12noon...

And stop blowing that whistle please....

nissparts:
First, 0w40 is too thin but it wont damage ur engine. Worst case it will burn faster than it should.
2nd, you only need 4.7 litres and the Mobil 1 you bought comes in 1 litre bottles as well so u did not have to buy 2 gallons.
Is this your first vehicle??

*whistling*
Car TalkRe: Official Nissan & Infiniti Thread by drumma(m): 9:40pm On Oct 30, 2014
@joe980 thanks I thought of that too but I was too tired to start looking for his shop at 6:00pm are you saying i can't use the one I bought ?

16,000 don burn be that huh ahahaha I can see nissparts strolling by whistling and smiling in an unknown tongue.

I asked him what make he didn't respond so i figured he didn't come on here today at all even my oil filter question still left un answered.

I miss luvinhubby sha.....

Joe980:
Sir, why not purchase from nissparts if he sells. Besides, if attendant told you what they have; you can always go elsewhere in search of what your car works with. Note: Some specs don't joke with recommended oil.
Car TalkRe: Official Nissan & Infiniti Thread by drumma(m): 6:43pm On Oct 30, 2014
Pls any fx35 user who can hint on me the perfect oil filter for my servicing....

Nisspart hinted me to but 5W-30 oil but the attendant told me all they have is 0-40 Mobil 1. Can i still use that in the absence of the 5W-30 oil prescribed?
Car TalkRe: Official Nissan & Infiniti Thread by drumma(m): 11:46pm On Oct 29, 2014
Thanks for your prompt response....... do you have any ideal make ?

nissparts:
Recommended oil grade is 5w30.
You can call to get one
Car TalkRe: Official Nissan & Infiniti Thread by drumma(m): 9:20pm On Oct 29, 2014
@NISSPARTS... I was the one that called you earlier today asking you about fx35 shocks....

Anyways, I just picked an fx35 and I would like to go ahead with first servicing the car so I need the best recommended oil for servicing and also filter.... I also will have my mechanic check it out tomorrow cos the two front wheels are making some funny noise and will like to have useful advise on how to proceed with this ride and enjoy it the perfect way...

Gracias!
TravelRe: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by drumma(m): 5:31pm On Oct 17, 2014
I came to south africa on monday and contrary to what a lot of people have been complaining about, no one asked me about my hotel reservation or even bothered to verify.... Reason why that happened i dont know, it could have been because i looked confident cos of the money i was coming to waste here or because i dressed like a cute smart professional that i was or just the fact that im also a travel consultant and i dont see my first time entering a country cld pose a problem when I actually prepare peoe for their own travel.... But then why people have issues at the point of entry I dont know but biko my ass is so out of here on sunday spending 300k on a week aint no joke

femart:
Pls house to avoid problem at point of entry in south africa is it better to have a fully paid hotel or reseervation will do for a tourist visa

Hmmmm if i will be sincere with you hen.... Naija babes have ass no doubt but the rate at which we find out that 76% are wearing bum bum tights to make it look extra big is quite alarming..... you will just be dumbfounded to see that what was big at first sight is actually a carpet flat ass when you move closer.... biko make naija babes hold den side....

sovpounds:
No offense to naijababes, they have "those" but virtually any Naija man that visits SA would agree that the difference is clear.
will sure do.... thanks

HumbledbYGrace:
Wonderful, will check them out...hook me up when you land, we'll talk then. Safe journey

HI all cc:bossladyMo,

When you wake up to a mail like this in your inbox it gives you a sense of hope but then the primary obstacle still poses a threat to achieving the main goal.... So what can I do to get that goal(resident permit) achieved?

Leaving for cape town tomorrow.... make we jam share bottles na.... spending just 3 days ..... but If i see something to keep me till sunday i won't mind....cheesy

sovpounds:
I flew to Johannesburg on October 8 and I have been having fun here. I have lived in Europe but I am still impressed with the level of development I have seen here. With the quality of infrastructure and standard of living I have seen here, I think the "rebasing" of the GDP of Naija makes no sense to the average man on the street. Even if the GDP of Naija is higher as a result of the "rebasing" the standard of living of the average person is far higher in SA. I have been continously shocked by several stuff I have seen here and I have been crying for Naija since I got here.

I would return to Naija on October 14, I hope the many beautiful girls with big backsides that I have seen here don't make me extend my 5 day trip. grin

*inlindaikejisvoice* ma enemies have started oooo @bosslady please don't mind them ooo, the fact that i said i can't to TOEFL doesn't mean i won't show you my result soon.... please don't get tired of me, I wanna come and I need you to spoon feed me to success.....

Love you momma

bossladyMo:
Nothing good comes easy. If he wants to be spoon-fed, this thread is the last place for it.

He said he doesn't have time for TOEFL...ehn no wahala, siddon for Naija na.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by drumma(m): 8:19pm On Oct 09, 2014
sounds like really too much to read right now.... plus TOEFLhuh who has that time na pssst

bannana:
@Drumma I think BossLadyMo has tried to provide you with the basic information you need to proceed with whatever application you need to make. The first step is to nominate a suitable occupation, determine if you meet the eligibility, get your skills assessed and hopefully get a positive skills assessment result then lodge an EOI,get invited to lodge a visa application through the Immiaccount system and that sums it all up. I forgot to add that you will need to write either IELTS or now TOEFL at some point. Its a painstaking process and there are no quick fixes. Good Luck!
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by drumma(m): 4:23pm On Oct 09, 2014
I kuku clicked on the linked you sent ooo nothing diluted... I will do vigil on it sha hopefully..... I will get some results

bossladyMo:
Are we talking about the same link here? That book is the Australian Immigration Bible, and there is nothing complicated about it. It is the same book that many of us here read and no one complained about it being complicated.

It is not related to those in Australia.....sure you clicked on the same link I sent to you? How can it be for thode in Aus, when it is a step-by-step booklet on the immigration procedure *confused*

Another option is to read back a couple of pages on this thread, I once explained the entire process to someome on this thread.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by drumma(m): 3:41pm On Oct 09, 2014
Digesting that book will complicate things I can guarantee that..... some questions can't be answered due to the fact that they are related to whoever is already there in Australia

bossladyMo:
The book has ALL the info you need. Digest it, and get back with questions...it's easier that way.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by drumma(m): 3:08pm On Oct 09, 2014
Yes Mummy... I will what next after that huh

bossladyMo:
You can't submit an eoi just yet na...haba!

Go through that book first.

Bosslady.....

tried doing this EOI thing and this is what I got....

Information
The client is unable to complete an EOI for the selected visa types in SkillSelect.

This incomplete EOI will remain in SkillSelect for 2 years. During this time, personal details can be updated at any stage.

Updating personal credentials, selecting different visa types or changes in migration legislation may alter the client’s ability to complete an EOI in SkillSelect.

More information is contained at:

Visa type summary
Visa type description
Result
Action
Skilled - Independent (Subclass 189) (Permanent)
The EOI for this subclass will not be considered for an invitation at this time, because according to the client's claims:

The client does not have a skills assessment
The client's English language ability is below the level needed for this visa subclass
The client's nominated occupation is not on the relevant occupation list for this subclass
