doesnt work how.. Have you downloaded and install play store on it.. If you have what was the response after installing the apps

Yes I have downloaded and installed Google Installer which has the Play Store. All Google applications are not compatible on the phone. For instance, image one is the response from Play Store while image two is during installation of the Google Installer v2.0

base on the above command.. Your phone is original... Now what do you want me to do for you

My phone is still on OS4.4 and I'd love if I can update the OS to a 7 and above. Plus Google Services, Maps, Play Store and anything Google doesnt work on the phone...

in my cause on developing and understanding Samsung phones and model I noticed most phones that has four zeros then to be Asian version model of that phone..like A series Which had A8000[4 zeros ] your A7 [A7000] note 3 N9000 they are all Asian models.. The European and other continents versions has only 3 zeros like A700 A800 N900.. So you don't need to panic.. I have a feeling you can still work some magic on your phone as long as it is original and not a dubbed version

See what I got Sir...

I was able to get something. Figured out I had to use volume up instead of volume down. Here it is... KTU84P.A7000ZCUIAOJ2. Thanks a millie..

am so sorry to hear about your constraints.. The issue is perhaps the phone is a Chinese version of the A7.. So about rooting.. Rooting is even the last thing you should be bothered about on the phone.. But first thing First.. Try checking the phone model of the phone on the about device in settings and in download mode [switch off the phone completely press and hold power Button.. Volume down button and middle home button at the same time.. Once the phone boots let go of the power button then a command screen will come up Press volume up to continue.. Another screen will come up at the top left screen you would see the model of the phone.. Tell me the model you see there .... I have shown how to detect original phones from Chinese models and refurbished models. Check that and get back to me.. From there we can know what to do

I have tried severally but nothing. you said volume down and middle home right? still nothing. please see a screenshot below

But on this thread I will focusing more on galaxy s4 s5 s6, note 3 note 4 note 5..
Since it's an Android thread.. I will be answering questions of any software related issues on strictly Samsung phones..
Am sorry and apologise to other Android phone brands.. But everything I learnt is strictly Samsung.. But not withstanding since android na android.. Your questions and suggestions are allowed.. We can all learn together..

Good day Chief! Please I use a Samsung A7(2015), my cousin in China gave it to me. Sad thing is it doesn't support Google Play Store and any thing Google Apps, I dont even have a map on the phone. it's the 4.4 that came with it Im still managing. Thank God for ApkPure. That's where I've been able to get a few apps. My questions... Please what exactly might be the problem? I cant even download Root checker to ascertain if the device is rooted or not. I also cannot upgrade OS too. Please I'd love to either speak with you on phone so you can help with this burden of using a 4.4 in 2018. Thanks
