Still really pained .. Just struggling to get over it..
I need to join people to visit the shameful ref on X. He really blocked our flow of game.
If the game was fair, we wouldn't need to get to the PK because we would have scored.
But the boys really won my heart They played well and did their best. We should not forget that we played against a hostile host country and very biased shameful CAF/ref. Yet Morocco did not score during regulation time. The players did well abeg.... (but for Chukwueze sha...I no understand the non chalant attitude). It is well.. I just hope their morale is not dropped due to the unfair officials.
Chelle should please be retained, he is building something in these guys. During the Dr Congo game, they fidgeted and folded up but this time, they didn't. This is an improvement... We move ... |

TheSuperNerd: Kudos to Calvin Bassey & Frank Onyeka for not getting booked today. That was another win for me.
The Ndidi suspension wont hurt coz we got Onyedika. But I still dont understand why Ndidi got booked. I will know in this match replay I am currently viewing. Time wasting I think.. |

Sarsaparilla524: Based on our football playing prowess and interpretation of the game, we deserve to be at the finals. In 2013, NFF did worse but we eventually clinched the trophy. A massive shake up will happen soonest in the NFF, the tides are changing swiftly.
NAIJA 4 THE WIN!!!!! Looking forward to this "massive shake up".. This NFF should be ashamed of themselves. |

chrisooblog: You're right about some section of fans and media disliking Osimhen.
I keenly observed the reactions of some media people on X after Victor's faux pas.
The ones that have no issue with him like Colin Udoh and Ibitoye gave critical but measured feedback while the other ones like Elegbete, Anazodo etc were very scathing in their criticism calling him a disgrace and all sorts.
I think most people used the camouflage of Victor's poor behavior to bring out their own agenda against him.
More reason why Osimhen needs to do better managing his emotions and not give his haters ammunition to use against him.
Well said.. Let not your good be evil spoken off.!!!!! |

BankyGee: No be by post, Lookman go do nonsense finish, come use posts and calmness dey blur una eyes. Na by posts?
I like Lookman, but make una dey use head sometimes, person go make another person vex, come dey do calm calm after the whole thing come make the other person look like villain.
Osimhen should retire after this tournament, whether we win or not, whether he breaks Yekini's record or not. The both are useless to me at this point abeg.
Everywhere go good. Lol, Na so life be baba.. Lookmam was brought up in UK, Na so we dey roll for UK o, At work, na who reports first matter even if na the person be the villian, Na who come out clean to the whole world we dey believe here. Whether it's hypocrisy or smartness..call it any name you like. If Victor wants to be smart too, he will reply to his tweet or post one loving emoji or word, you go see as fans go change mouth begin to praise him (but as you talk am say he wants to be real, let him be real and be seen as villain..shikena (Not supporting lookman though, as wetin he talk sef no too good but how to handle things after an issue matters alot). Let's see what happens of Saturday, we need to bury Algeria. |
