IkpemhiTG: She will be going alone (A hard and tough decision i must confess) leaving the me and my 5 months old baby till when things are soft for us to join her.
I don't know how easy or how soon it will be for her to send invite for us to join her. How's life in the UK with a single mum?
Who have passed through this situation and how did you people pull through Haba, why all these bad advice... We are in UK and we are all doing well to the glory of God. If she got job as paramedic, great one for you... Option 1.... she goes alone, take care of the child alone in Nigeria or get a female relative to help you, then join her maybe after 6 months or so. She has COS I assume, hence you can always apply as dependent, you will get your visa. Option 2...go with her to UK, you may not plan to work for now, let her do her paramedic job and you take care of baby at home. Bro, the money alone as paramedic will help all of you to survive well (na only 3 na, father, mother and small baby), even with bills, you will survive, just don't overdo/overspend, don't do what is not necessarily, dont eat/buy things not needed. Moreover, its not like nigeria where you work without stopping, here you have a max number of hours to work in a week as per government rule, if you then decide to do extra, then you get your extra pay (I am talking about sponsorship jobs, not student visa) She is also likely to do shift work as a paramedic, hence she would still be available sometimes depending on her shift, i(so it's not that bad) Also when she is off work, you can do your own hustle. Do you know that as at now £1 =1450-1500 naira? Oga, don't dull yourself o.. But always remember to pray about any step you wanna take. Shalom |

Curtisaxel10: Lol. You're actually the brainwashed one here.
1. The MODERN state of Israel got its independence in 1947. However, there is UNDISPUTED archeological evidence that an ancient kingdom of Israel existed since thousands of years ago. I mean, just Google it for fawk's sake https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archaeology_of_Israel
2. There are several proofs outside the Bible that Jesus Christ existed in First Century Isreal under Roman occupation and was crucified. As a matter of fact, it is an UNDISPUTED FACT among qualified historians and scholars (link below).
3. No European wrote the Bible. At least not the Old Testament. In 1947, a jar was found in a cave near the Dead Sea in Israel which contained the Old Testament written on scrolls and hidden there 2,000 years ago. Guess what? The writings in the 2,000-year-old Bible matched perfectly with the one you and I are reading today! (Link below).
4. Egyptians were not and are not black people. I mean, does Mo Salah look black to you? Recently, an Egyptian lawyer sued Netflix for casting Cleopatra, an ancient Egyptian queen, as a black woman. Egyptians were never black.
Please do some actual research from the works of CREDENTIALED history scholars before talking about these matters. That way, you stand a less chance of humiliating yourself if you appear before a learned audience. Thank you.

It is well with you op.. I feel your pains but Jesus feels it more.. You need peace in your inner mind, and only Jesus can give you that peace... Please run to Him, ask for forgiveness, pray with all your heart, you will experience Him, and He will show you mercy.. Next, go to hospital as some have rightly said, confirm if it is completely evacuated, you may even be surprised that the baby is still perfectly there. DoDirtsLikeWorm: Sorry to ask but I have seen comments about this 'Provisional Licenses.'
For me it's useless (via HearSay), but would like to know the essence of people getting it when they know you cannot drive with it? Is it not better to either use 9ja License or take the test to get The Brits own? If you have your international driving licence plus your provisional licence, you can drive without anyone accompanying you. But note: your international licence expires a year after you enter UK, that means, after a year, it becomes invalid and you can't drive with prov licence alone, except you are accompanied. They expect that within a year of entering UK, you should get your main licence.. And if unfortunately, it doesn't happen (which is the case for many immigrants), you must be accompanied by someone who who has gotten his main licence for 3 or more years. I see a lot of pp driving with only prov licence, the police might not check, but if any issues happens like crash/accident etc, it won't be funny... Also note, with international driving licence alone your insurance is high, with prov licence added, its lower, but with main licence, insurance is very low. Hope this helps you. |

I searched using Google Los to dxb, was looking for Dubai flight, clocked on Qatar airways one of the results of the search and prices were in naira. Thanks so much. I just realised that departure from LOS will come in naira, while departure from LHR will come in pounds. Thanks for clarification |

The goal was fast, only thing I saw was the ball bouncing and Algeria guys running upandan... I wished someone in a dark green jersey curled that one in.....
The better team won anyway.... Kudos to the Algerian.... That number 17 guy, Guardiola or whatever is a beast....
Oghenekaro Etebo is my Number 1 player in this tournament, Awaziem Chukwueze
I lost a 3k bet on the super Eagles
Offcourse I love the team and the performance of our boys, I'm not angry we lost, Algeria was the better team last night anyway, I'm just yet to recover from mahrez FK that's all... The thing week me
Do we need a new coach? Well after reading all the post here since yesternite, I think I buy into the idea of having a new coach with an offensive pattern, I mean even if we are not gonna win, let's see some Great attacking play mahn, and not some conservative pattern every time....
Maybe we should try something new, I don't have any problem with rohr, he has laid a very good foundation, now let's find a good quality coach, I mean an upgrade to rohr and let him "fine tune" this new crop of players....you feel me...
Maybe this is all Mr rohr can really give after all......
That Freekick's definitely the end of my Afcon... I'm not interested in the remaining matches... take it easy bro |

I graduated from ISI in 2009, and our standards have been high. This man is probably looking for cheap publicity. ISI cannot compromise its standards especially now that the case has been won in court. This man should better calm down and save himself some stress. He can never win ISI in this kinda fight. Less does he know that UI VC's children also graduated from ISI. tks guy, i finished from ISI in 2002, the principal was one very fat woman like that(forgotten her name), Arisekola's children were in school then, u need to see those guys, they way they spend, the shoes, etc, u no go see them arguing abt hijab, them no dey wear such things. i had a muslim friend that time who said she can never wear hijab, the target of the school that time was excellence, the way students were blasting WAEC (without cheating oo), infact if you no get 4A's and above then (now, i think its A1,B2,B3), ur name wont come out in the list .....i no know say d standard don reduce oo, for them to be fighting over hijab...nonsense and ingredients.... |

Ifeoma77: No you don't have to have passed your certification before applying for permanent residence but your ECA has to be done with MCC. @drcynthi.a finished work in describing step by step how to get that done, as you read the information on the link below, say a short prayer for God to bless her.
https://www.nairaland.com/4843199/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/160#73654641
After you land in Canada, you can then start the process of getting certified, the ECA is professional but not ready to be used. But you'll cross that bridge when you get there. God bless you more grace to you |
