This thread is not an avenue for ethnic jingoism, rather it is for the purpose of setting the record straight. l have noticed with dismay how some unpatriotic elements among us are trying so hard to distord our history concerning the appointments of fellow citizens into positions of government by PMB. Here is a little comparison between GEJ and PMB's appointments in their first month in power.
If you check the holders of these posts under Jonathan you will find just a little difference.
PMB has made just 9 appointments since the 29th of May. He made replacements in the DSS, INEC, DPR, Slot of Accountant General, CSO, State Chief of Protocol, ADC, SSA on media and publicity, and SA on media and publicity.
Those who occupied these slots under Pres. Jonathan were:

2 INEC- A.Jega(North)

3. DPR- George Osahun(South)

4. Accountant General- Jonah Otunla (South)

1 is a southerner.
-Of PGEJ's 10 appointees 9 were southerners, 1

So how does that make PGEJ(a southerner) detribalized if PMB is being accused of tribalism for having 8 out of 9 appointees as notherners?
Why nobody cried or raised alarm then?

There is this deliberate attempt by a section of the North to justify the "Northocratic" appointments by Muhammadu Buhari. It is on record that 8 of the 9 appointments made by Buhari are Northerners. To justify the ethnocratic act of the President, some persons selectively and maliciously singled out a few positions held by Southerners under Jonathan to justify Buhari's Northocratism. Nigeria FG has over 500 Departments and Agencies that one can't be listing all of them at a go. It is unfair for a section of the North to propagate falsehood in their bid to justify the Northocratic appointments of President Buhari.

When he appointed 99% Igbos n his militant brethren into govt positions no one noticed but now when PMB has over 99% appointment to make everyone seems to be an advocate of federal character.........
