It's terrible, and it doesn't feel like they're doing anything about it.

The thing they are doing well is that they are even reducing the light to the point that when there is no light for 2 days i start looking for the news which says that National grid has collapsed. So i was surprised no news and yet no light for 3 days. Though yesterday morning they brought the usual 50minutes, 3 times light and yet they said we should change our meters.

This words still ring a bell on my head, and thinking about how they totally abandoned and hates their dad because their mother hates him is another thing that'd make me take her threat seriously.
