I learnt you're not allowed to get pregnant for the duration of your Masters program, so going with pregnancy may be a higher risk.

asking for a friend who just received breakfast.
His PSW has just been denied on the basis of working more than 20 hours during term time.
He has been given the notice to leave the UK within 6 weeks or appeal the case.
Please any advice? I suggested he come to my area but he still wants to be in the UK.....

I have asked him to also come and share his case here for better analysis but he is really down atm. It's really paining him because his friend who worked over 20 hours got away with it, his own was approved.

Lol! My school fees for MBA is £35k. It's one of the best business schools in the UK. My friend that is in Oxford University is paying about £65k for her MBA. The career prospects and connections for going to a top UK school is worth it and top companies like Apple, Google, Amazon etc like recruiting directly from those schools. That's why we don't mind the fees because the salary benefits after graduation is enormous (including the calibre of people we will have in our class which will lead to strong industry connections).

So, I’m in the deposit payment stage and I and my partner are planning to do a court wedding so we can go together (I’m a lady though). Does the timing of the wedding matter when applying for visa?
Also, can he bring his bank statement as proof of funds while my Dad sponsors me??

ARU is quite fast with their offer. I applied on April 10. Conditional offer dropped on April 14. I was told in the offer to go ahead and forward the required documents, make payment(£4,000 deposit) and request for CAS (which is their unconditional offer).

Because of the delays in FORM A and £1,000 discount given for early complete payment, I wish to pay all my tuition fees in one go now.

Gurus in the house, is there any risk in doing so?

It was a big slap on my face and an embarrassment when London metropolitan university wrote to me that Nigeria is not recognized as English country. I felt so embarrassed attached is the screenshot as evidence

It's just simple university requirements, even back home you take jamb, some university you still have to take another exams to get in, or seek admissions in other schools that don't require that if you don't want to take another exams after having taken jamb.

Yes there is no marriage,but no one can categorically say the certificate is fake.
One of the things that i don't understand about us is this denial of a thing,are we saying these things are not ongoing? if yes how did the agent got him one.
Or you think the people at the home office are not aware of these? of course they are fully aware of it and it's not peculiar to Nigerians, it's a worldwide practice by some few element.
That is why the home office name it SHAM MARRIAGES

During the time for my biometrics last year, I noticed that my agent included a marriage certificate ( which I didn't ask him to include). Now,I have gained admission to study in the UK and I want to apply for my ATAS certificate... They demand for my spouses information for the application.. My question now is ' SHOULD I MAINTAIN THAT I AM MARRIED AS THE AGENT HAS SAID IN MY APPLICATION LAST YEAR OR SHOULD I SAY I AM SINGLE'? would this pose any threat to my study visa application?... Pls I need your help guys.. Thank you
